mobile apps, registration forms, and other digital properties, as expressly
indicated by BPS (as defined below) such as through a link or other display of
this Privacy Policy (collectively, “this Site”). By visiting and/or using this
Site, you have agreed to this Privacy Policy.

BPS (“we” or “us”) reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time
by posting revisions to this Site. Such changes will be effective upon posting.
