This privacy policy gives you a simple overview of what happens to your personal
data when you visit our website. Personal data is any data with which you can be
personally identified. It explains what data we collect on our website, what we
use it for, how and for what purpose. We would like to point out that data
transmission on the internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have
security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is
not possible. Detailed information on the subject of data protection will now
follow in the next sections:

COOKIES

Some of our websites use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to
your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more
user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are
stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are
automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on
your end device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your
browser on your next visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies
and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies
for certain cases or generally and activate the automatic deletion of cookies
when closing the browser. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this
website may be limited.

Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or
to provide certain functions that you have requested (e.g. shopping cart
function) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The website
operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically
error-free and optimised provision of its services. Insofar as other cookies
(e.g. cookies to analyse your surfing behaviour) are stored, these are treated
separately in the data protection declaration.

SERVER LOG FILES

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in
so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us.

These are:

 * Browser type and version
 * Operating system used
 * Referrer URL
 * Host name of the accessing computer
 * Time of the server request
 * IP address
 * Storage period is 30 days

This data is not merged with other data sources.

The basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, which permits
the processing of data for the optimal presentation and security of the website
based on our legitimate interest.

3. interaction with the website

CUSTOMER LOGIN

You can register using our website and smartphone app to gain access to the shop
and our stylists. When you register, your user account will be created, which
you can use to log in to the "Login" area and the smartphone app.

The following data will be collected from you:

 * First name, last name
 * Your email address
 * Your self-chosen password
 * Your date of birth
 * Your preferences (e.g. in terms of brands, product types or styles)
 * Personal details (e.g. hair colour)

The processing of the data entered during registration is based on our General
Terms and Conditions in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR. The storage
period of your data is determined by the duration of our contractual
relationship and the statutory retention periods.

CUSTOMER LOGIN WITH FACEBOOK CONNECT (WEBSITE AND APP)

Our website and our app offer you the possibility to log in with your existing
Facebook profile data. For this purpose, we use Facebook Connect, a service of
Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA
("Facebook"). Once you have registered with Facebook Connect, no additional
registration is required. If you wish to use this function, you will first be
redirected to Facebook. There you will be asked to log in with your user name
and password. We only receive your login name from your login data and of course
do not receive any information about your password. If you are already
registered with Facebook, this step will be skipped. Subsequently, your email
address and your public profile information (in particular name, profile
picture, date of birth, gender, language and country, friends list and likes)
are transmitted to us when you confirm the process with the button "Log in with
Facebook". The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR; your consent by using
this function.

You can find more information about Facebook's data protection here:
https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/

CONTACT FORM

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry
form, including the contact details you have provided, will be stored by us for
the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions.
We will not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is based on Art. 6 para.
1 lit. b GDPR (fulfilment of a contract to which the data subject is a party or
necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request
of the data subject).

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until the purpose for
storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after processing your enquiry has been
completed). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods -
remain unaffected.

NEWSLETTER

When you register with our service, you have the option of subscribing to our
newsletter. Your e-mail address will then be used to inform you about news and
promotions. We use this exclusively for sending the requested information and do
not pass it on to third parties.

The processing of your entered data is based exclusively on your consent in
accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can change or revoke the consent
given for this purpose for the processing of the data, the email address and
their use for sending the newsletter at any time with effect for the future, for
example via the "change contact settings" or "unsubscribe" link in the
newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out
remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you provide us with for the purpose of receiving the newsletter will be
stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and will be deleted or
blocked after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other
purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the members' area or billing) remain
unaffected by this.

Registration takes place via the so-called "double opt-in" procedure. After
registering for the newsletter, you must confirm your entry in the subscriber
list in a second step. For this purpose, an e-mail message with a request for
confirmation is sent to the contact address entered. Registration for the
newsletter is therefore only effective once it has been confirmed.

NEWSLETTER SERVICE PROVIDER-SENDGRID

We use the services of SendGrid to send newsletters. The provider is SendGrid,
Inc. 1801 California Street, Suite 500 Denver, Colorado 80202, USA. SendGrid is
a service with which, among other things, the sending of newsletters can be
organised and analysed. If you enter data for the purpose of receiving
newsletters (e.g. email address), this data will be stored on SendGrid servers
in the USA.

With the help of SendGrid, we can analyse our newsletter campaigns. When you
open an email sent with SendGrid, a file contained in the email (so-called web
beacon) connects to the SendGrid servers in the USA. This makes it possible to
determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any,
have been clicked on. In addition, technical information is recorded (e.g. time
of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system). This information
cannot be assigned to the respective newsletter recipient. It is used
exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of
these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests
of the recipients. If you do not want SendGrid to analyse your data, you must
unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide a corresponding
link in every newsletter message. Furthermore, you can unsubscribe from the
newsletter at any time directly on our website in the "customer login". The data
processing takes place either on the basis of your consent according to Art. 6
Para. 1 lit. a GDPR or on the basis of our legitimate interest according to Art.
6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. You can cancel the sending of our newsletter at any time
by unsubscribing (conveniently via unsubscribe link in each newsletter). The
legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains
unaffected by the revocation.

Your newsletter data will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from our
newsletter and will no longer be processed for this purpose after you
unsubscribe. You can find more details in the SendGrid data protection
information at:
https://sendgrid.com/resource/general-data-protection-regulation-2/

of transparency. The legal basis for the processing is our verified legitimate
interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

start the video. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you enable YouTube
to assign your surfing behaviour directly to your personal profile. You can

individually adapted display of advertising. The address is: Criteo SA, 32 Rue
Blanche, 75009 Paris, France. The provider requires so-called tracking cookies

data (not personal) to Google Analytics of Google Inc ("Google"). The provider
is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

done for reasons of transparency.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS 4

This website uses services for web analysis with Google Analytics 4. The
provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4,
Ireland. The following data is analysed for reach measurement: location, device
type, internet browser, actions performed, previous web page, time of server
request, duration of visit and bounce rate. Google Analytics 4 stores cookies
with a random client ID and device ID in your internet browser. This means that
you can be recognised, but not identified, the next time you visit the site. The
information generated by the cookies about your use of this website is usually
transferred to a Google server in Ireland and possibly the USA and stored there
for 14 months. The web analysis is only started when you activate it through the
Consent banner. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a
GDPR; your consent.

OPTIMISED ANALYSES AND USE OF AI (ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE)

Optimised analytics include page views, scrolling, clicks on external links and
also your use of website search. Google Analytics 4 also uses artificial
intelligence and machine learning to analyse user interactions on the website
and identify patterns. This enables the Google system to provide us with
recommendations and insights to optimise our offering.

In contrast to its predecessor Google Universal Analytics, which was
discontinued on 01.07.2023, IP anonymisation is automatically activated in the
direct successor Google Analytics 4 and cannot be influenced by configuration
changes. Google writes: No masking of IP addresses is required in Google
Analytics 4, as IP addresses are neither logged nor stored. Link:

GOOGLE ANALYTICS 4 REMARKETING

Our websites use the functions of Google Analytics 4 Remarketing in conjunction
with the cross-device functions of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. The
provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

This function makes it possible to link the advertising target groups created
with Google Analytics 4 Remarketing with the cross-device functions of Google
AdWords and Google DoubleClick. In this way, interest-based, personalised
advertising messages that have been adapted to you depending on your previous
usage and surfing behaviour on one end device (e.g. smartphone) can also be
displayed on another of your end devices (e.g. tablet, laptop or PC).

If you have given the corresponding consent in your Google account, Google will
link your web and app browsing history with your Google account for this
purpose. In this way, the same personalised advertising messages can be
displayed on every device on which you log in with your Google account.

To support this feature, Google Analytics collects 4 Google-authenticated user
ad IDs that are temporarily linked to our Google Analytics data to define and
create audiences for cross-device ad targeting.

The aggregation of the collected data in your Google account takes place
exclusively on the basis of your consent, which you can give or revoke at
Google, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO. In the case of data
collection processes that are not aggregated in your Google Account (e.g.
because you do not have a Google Account or have objected to the aggregation),
the collection of data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; your consent via
our website consent banner.

You can find further information and the data protection provisions in the
Google data protection declaration at:
https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads?hl=en-GB

POSSIBILITY OF OBJECTION / OUT-OUT:

If you have deactivated Google Analytics 4, no more data will be collected for
remarketing. In addition, you can reset your advertising ID on your smartphone
or in your Google account at any time.

You can permanently object to cross-device remarketing/targeting by deactivating
personalised advertising in your Google Account; follow this link:

PRIVACY POLICY FOR GOOGLE ADSENSE

Our website uses Google AdSense, a service for integrating advertisements from
Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google
AdSense uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help
the website analyse how users use the site. Google AdSense also uses so-called

information such as visitor traffic on these pages. The information generated by
cookies and web beacons about the use of this website (including your IP
address) and the delivery of advertising formats will be transmitted to and
stored by Google on servers in the United States. This information may be passed
on by Google to Google's contractual partners. However, Google will not merge
your IP address with other data stored by you. The legal basis for the

BING ADS

We use the Bing Ads conversion and tracking tool from Microsoft Corporation (One
Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, hereinafter "Microsoft") on our website.
In doing so, Microsoft stores a cookie on the user's computer in order to enable
an analysis of the use of our online offer. The prerequisite for this is that
the user has reached our website via an advertisement from Microsoft Bing Ads.
In this way, Microsoft and we can recognise that someone has clicked on an ad,
has been redirected to our online offer and has reached a previously determined
target page. We only learn the total number of users who clicked on a Bing ad
and were then redirected to the landing page (conversions).

No IP addresses are stored. Due to the marketing tools used, your browser
automatically establishes a direct connection with the Microsoft server. We have
no influence on the scope and further processing of the data initiated by the
use of Bing Ads. The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 para.
1 lit. a GDPR; your consent via our Consent Banner. We have no knowledge of the
storage period at Microsoft and no possibility to influence it. Further
information on data protection at Microsoft can be found at:
https://privacy.microsoft.com/de-de/privacystatement.

You have the right to object to the processing of your data. You have the right
to object on grounds relating to your particular situation, unless we can
demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your
interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing is for the purposes of
asserting, exercising or defending legal claims (Article 21(1) of the GDPR).

YOU CAN OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING IN VARIOUS WAYS:

By setting your browser software accordingly, in particular suppressing third
party cookies will result in you not receiving ads from third parties or by
deactivating the interest-based ads of the providers that are part of the
self-regulatory campaign "About Ads" via the link
http://www.aboutads.info/choices , whereby this setting will be deleted when you
delete your cookies.

browser for up to 1 year. We process data with the help of Yahoo Analytics for
