and our stylists. When you register, your user account will be created, which

CUSTOMER LOGIN WITH FACEBOOK CONNECT (WEBSITE AND APP)

Our website and our app offer you the possibility to log in with your existing
Facebook profile data. For this purpose, we use Facebook Connect, a service of
Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California, 94025, USA
("Facebook"). Once you have registered with Facebook Connect, no additional
registration is required. If you wish to use this function, you will first be
redirected to Facebook. There you will be asked to log in with your user name
and password. We only receive your login name from your login data and of course
do not receive any information about your password. If you are already
registered with Facebook, this step will be skipped. Subsequently, your email
address and your public profile information (in particular name, profile
picture, date of birth, gender, language and country, friends list and likes)
are transmitted to us when you confirm the process with the button "Log in with

CONTACT FORM

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry
form, including the contact details you have provided, will be stored by us for
the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions.
We will not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is based on Art. 6 para.
1 lit. b GDPR (fulfilment of a contract to which the data subject is a party or
necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the request
of the data subject).

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until the purpose for
storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after processing your enquiry has been
completed). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods -
remain unaffected.


NEWSLETTER

When you register with our service, you have the option of subscribing to our
newsletter. Your e-mail address will then be used to inform you about news and
promotions. We use this exclusively for sending the requested information and do
not pass it on to third parties.

The processing of your entered data is based exclusively on your consent in
accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. You can change or revoke the consent
given for this purpose for the processing of the data, the email address and
their use for sending the newsletter at any time with effect for the future, for

We use the services of SendGrid to send newsletters. The provider is SendGrid,

a service with which, among other things, the sending of newsletters can be
organised and analysed. If you enter data for the purpose of receiving
newsletters (e.g. email address), this data will be stored on SendGrid servers
in the USA.

With the help of SendGrid, we can analyse our newsletter campaigns. When you
open an email sent with SendGrid, a file contained in the email (so-called web
beacon) connects to the SendGrid servers in the USA. This makes it possible to
determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links, if any,
have been clicked on. In addition, technical information is recorded (e.g. time
of retrieval, IP address, browser type and operating system). This information
cannot be assigned to the respective newsletter recipient. It is used
exclusively for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns. The results of
these analyses can be used to better adapt future newsletters to the interests
of the recipients. If you do not want SendGrid to analyse your data, you must
unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide a corresponding
