including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA), the Gramm-Leach- Bliley Act
(GLBA) or California Financial Information Privacy Act (FIPA), and the
Driver’s Privacy Protection Act of 1994.

We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from the following
categoriesof sources:

we collect about you (the right to access) or to the specific items of

portability) from the last 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your
verifiable consumer request (see Exercising Access, Data Portability, and
Deletion Rights), we will disclose to you:

(“Data Deletion Request”, “Data Access Request”, or “Data Portability
Request”) in the subject line.

Only you, or a person registered with the relevant state’s Secretary of State
that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request
related to your personal information. Although we never intentionally collect
information regarding minors, you may also make a verifiable consumer request on
behalf of your minor child.

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability
twice within a 12-month period. To verify that you are the data subject who the

Request Response Timing and Format

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45)
days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to an additional an additional
45 days), we will inform you of the reason for doing so and the anticipated
extension period in writing.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the
verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain
the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability
requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is
readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity
to another entity without hindrance.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request
unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine
that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and
provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

Personal Information Sales Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights

California and Nevada residents have a right to opt-out of the sale of personal
information to third-parties. As described above, we only disclose your
information for business purposes to certain service providers who agree to
handle your data safely and for only those purposes. We do not knowingly
disclose your personal information to any third-parties in exchange for monetary
compensation or for their (or another party’s) marketing purposes. Therefore,
there is no need to opt-out of this practice as we do not engage in it. We will
respond to any requests to exercise a right to opt-out of the sale of data with

Account Information

account or terminate your account, you can:

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your
account and information from our active databases. However, some information may
be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with
any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal

Opting out of email marketing

You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the
unsubscribe link in the emails that we send. You will then be removed from the
marketing email list within ten (10) business days – however, we will still need
to send you service- related emails that are necessary for the administration
and use of your account. We do not sell your information to third-parties for
marketing purposes nor do we share your information outside of the scope of this
Policy; therefore, there is no need for you to opt-out of these practices,
though you may confirm this by emailing us at the address below.

SMS Messages

Data obtained from you in connection with you opting-in to receive text messages
may include your name, address, cell phone number, your provider’s name, and the
date, time, content of your messages. We may use personal information to provide
the services you have requested. You may remove your information in connection
with you opting-in to receive text messages from our database by opting-out. You
may opt-out of receiving text messages by replying “STOP” to those text
messages, or by emailing info@dream-singles.com or calling 1(888)989-4889 for
support.

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications
include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal
your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities
monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and
implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently
respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically
communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online
tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about
that practice in a revised version of this Policy.

10. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific
rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law,
permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us,
once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal
information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes
and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal
information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Rights under Section
1798.83 are only available to California residents, to the fullest extent
permissible by law. If you are a California resident and would like to make such
a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact
information provided below.

CCPA also provides California consumers certain privacy rights. Please see
Section 8 for rights under CCPA, which we grant to all users.

11. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS POLICY?

In Short: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with
relevant laws.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be
indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective
