Ongoing Maintenance:
We await the arrival of new designer carpets and installation team from Italy,
but have been delayed due to the impacts of COVID-19 on international travel and
freight.Thank you for your patience and understanding as we undergo our
rejuvenation process.
Due to the recent and ongoing developments aligned to COVID-19 we wish to advise
that the Spa and its facilities will remain closed until further notice to
undergo a renovation. Spa at Palazzo Versace is dedicated to service excellence
and introduce you to The Beauty Room. For our return guests, you will find the
surroundings a little different however rest assured the excellent standard of
our therapists remains. For our new guests, we very much look forward to

grand establishment where your senses are enhanced with the perfume of the
flowers and the bespoke fragrance wafting through the air conditioning.
Professional caring staff. Luxury rooms overlooking the lagoon. Thought we were
back in Italy. The food was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. If you have
the opportunity go to the hatted Vanitas restaurant for dinner. Came away calm
and refreshed and wanting to return again soon.

Palazzo is a fancy place, marble and medusa embellishments everywhere. The
flowers in the foyer smelt amazing as do the hallways.The staff everywhere are 5
star, they are happy, helpful for many reasons, smiling and appreciative to work
there, the room is top notch the only negatives were we had a west facing
balcony with deck chairs and would have liked an umbrella or shade sail and the
main lounge chair in the room had a fabric tear on the corner. But just nitt
picking...all in all. We had our 25th wedding anniversary here and the staff all
knew and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable..including a champagne
and an amazing dessert on arrival. So grateful to have such a memorable event in
such an amazing place.
