Authorization Rehabilitation Centre - The Ottawa Hospital is engaging WebSuitable Inc, as an independent contractor for the specific project outlined in this proposal. Completion WebSuitable Inc, and Rehabilitation Centre - The Ottawa Hospitalmust work together to complete the project in a timely manner. WebSuitable Inc agrees to work expeditiously to complete within the estimated timeframe outlined in this proposal. Based on the requirements of this project. We estimate a completion timeframe of approximately 2 to 3 months to execute from intake to launch assuming all requirements are submitted before work begins, and the revisions on each review are minimal. While we want to create your website as fast as we can, we don't rush out websites and compromise on quality. We will need your cooperation by always providing your feedback when needed within the process. Please note that any added work, features requested, or delay on reviews or submission of requirements will incur a delay in the development of your website. Payment We are sure you understand how important it is as a business that you pay the invoices that we send you promptly. As we're also sure you'll want to keep each other as business partners, you agree to stick tight to the following payment schedule, which will be as follows but may be revised based on further conversations between us. Payment Schedule: * 50% initial deposit required prior to the start of work * 50% remaining balance due upon completion of the website Payment Options: * 1) Interac e-transfer using online banking to accounting@websuitable.com * 2) Online Payment through our secure client portal, we accept; Visa, MasterCard. Assignment of Project WebSuitable Inc reserves the right to assign subcontractors to this project to ensure the right fit for the job as well as on-time completion. Legal and License No web functionality is perpetually flawless. We do not guarantee that the functions contained in any web page layouts or in a completed website will be error-free for the foreseeable future. Rehabilitation Centre - The Ottawa Hospital agrees that WebSuitable Inc is not liable to you or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate this website and any other web pages. Changes and Revisions Sometimes, once the development of a website begins, the client may think of different or additional features they’d like to see. This is completely normal, and we’re here to ensure that the end product is to your satisfaction. Should you wish to make changes that are outside of the agreed-upon revision rounds of this project, WebSuitable Inc would need to: * Assess the impact on other work - dependencies, etc... * Assess timeline impacts * Discuss the impacts and costs with the client * Get client approval to move forward You will be charged the standard rates set out in the estimate we gave you, and changes will be implemented before the initial QA. We require that you put requests in writing so we can keep track of changes. WebSuitable Inc charges an hourly rate of [Hourly.Rate]. Copyrights and Trademark Both parties agree to respect and keep each others’ trade practices, trademarks, proprietary information, and intellectual property confidential. Rehabilitation Centre - The Ottawa Hospital represents to WebSuitable Inc and unconditionally guarantees that any elements furnished to WebSuitable Inc for inclusion in the project are owned by Rehabilitation Centre - The Ottawa Hospital, or that Rehabilitation Centre - The Ottawa Hospital has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend WebSuitable Inc and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by Rehabilitation Centre - The Ottawa Hospital. WebSuitable Inc guarantees that all aspects of the design and construction of the project will be disclosed to Rehabilitation Centre - The Ottawa Hospital upon completion, and full code, copyrights, and ownership will be the sole property of Rehabilitation Centre - The Ottawa Hospital. WebSuitable Inc retains the right to display graphics and other design elements as examples of its work in its portfolio. Refund Policy The entire project can be cancelled at any time at which point we would just bill for the hours put in or the percentage complete of the project, whichever option is less.
