local shop will hold the item for you for 3 days so you can examine and try out
the item before purchase.


Your reservation fee is applied to the purchase price if you decide to buy. The
fee is fully refunded if you don’t want to purchase it.

Visit the shop to examine and try on your item. If you love it — congrats!
You’ll pay and take it home with you right away.

If you don’t, no worries! We’ll refund your reservation fee. That’s how things

How do you authenticate items?
Our trusted and trained experts will request all relevant paperwork and provide
the new owner with it. The authentication process for luxury second hand items
varies depending on the type of item. Each shop has its own authentication
process. Find a shop to learn more. 
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, but you must visit the shop to receive a refund. If you don’t go to the
shop within 3 days of placing the reservation you will forfeit the reservation
fee. 
What payment methods do you accept?
Each specialty shop will have different requirements for payment. Find a local
shop to inquire about their payment policy. 
Can I get the item delivered to my home address?
Not at this time. Though we will introduce this service in the future. At this
stage, you are required to collect the item at the shop. Once there, you’ll be
able to examine and try on the item before completing the purchase. It’s also an
opportunity to request additional services such as gift wrapping or
alterations. 
Can I pay the reservation fee by cash?
No, we only accept electronic payment methods for the reservation fee. However,
it’s not mandatory to reserve an item. You can visit the shop where the item is
being held and purchase it right away at the same price as listed online.
Reserving the item online removes it from the marketplace and holds it for you
for 3 days.
