2.     HOW TO PARTICIPATE:  To participate, go to
https://campaign.rtm.com/SearsRemodelSweeps/  ("Website") during the Promotion
Period to gain access to a registration form, if you haven’t done so previously.
Enter the Promotion by completely entering your correct information on the
registration form (required fields include: Full Name, Full Mailing Address (no
P.O. Boxes), Email Address, and Birth Date) with your true and correct
information. Upon registering, you will earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes
(“Sweepstakes Entry”).  You will also earn one (1) gameplay for the “Scratch
Card” Instant Win game (“Game”), in which you will have a chance to win an
Instant Win Prize as defined in Section 6 below.  When the Game is completed you
will be notified if you are an Instant Win Prize winner or loser. All winners
are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Upon completion,
you will have the opportunity to share the Promotion with others and earn
additional Sweepstakes Entries. Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person,
per email address, per day throughout the Promotion Period.  Limit of one (1)
Instant Win gameplay per person, per email address, per day throughout the

ONE2MANY: Entrants will be able to earn additional Sweepstakes Entries through

your posted link to access the Sweepstakes. Your friend/family MUST be eligible
and complete registration for you to earn additional Sweepstakes
Entries. Sharing via Facebook is excluded. Limit of up to ten (10) additional
Sweepstakes Entries per person for the length of the Promotion Period.

 

Limit of thirty-five (35) Sweepstakes Entries per person throughout the
Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.

 

3.     INSTANT WIN PRIZE AWARDING/ODDS: Twenty-five (25) potential Instant Win
prize winners will be determined throughout the Promotion Period. Odds of
winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the number of eligible Promotion Entries
received and the date and time when a particular Promotion participant plays the
Game.

 

4.     SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING/ODDS: On or about September 3, 2021, the
Administrator will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes
Entries and select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner. Odds of winning the
Grand Prize is based on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries
received during the Promotion Period.

 

5.     WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by
email and/or phone within three (3) business days of winner selection or as soon
as reasonably practicable. Potential Grand Prize winner will be sent, via email
and/or overnight mail, an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release and an IRS W9 Form.
All forms must be completed, signed and returned to Administrator within ten
(10) days of date of issuance. Upon successful verification by the
Administrator, the potential Grand Prize winner then and only then becomes the
“winner.” If such potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time
period, if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned
undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with
these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner
will be selected from among all remaining Entries for that drawing. Potential
Instant Win winners will receive an email confirmation immediately after playing
and will receive their prize to the address provided on the registration form.

The ARV of each Instant Win Prize is $120.00. The total ARV of all Instant Win

or participation in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole
discretion to terminate, modify, cancel or suspend this Promotion or any part
thereof and award the applicable prize from among all eligible Entries received
prior to action taken by Sponsor, should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes
beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper
play of the game. Released Parties are not responsible for computer system,
phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors,
failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are
human or technical in nature. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion,
to disqualify any individual, and all of his/her Entries, who tampers with the
entry process. By entering, you agree that all issues and questions concerning
the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official
Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of
the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and
construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving
effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, and you consent to the

7.     PRIZE LIMITATIONS: Limit of one (1) Instant Win Prize per person/per
household. Instant Win Prize Winners are also eligible to receive the
Sweepstakes Grand Prize. If it is discovered, during prize verification, that
you have entered, attempted to enter, or used multiple accounts to enter more
than the stated limit, you will be disqualified at the discretion of the
administrator, or will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other
automated means and Entries made by any means, which subvert the entry process,
are void. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be
acknowledged or returned. Prizes will be awarded only upon winner redemption,
confirmation, verification and final approval by Sponsor. No substitution,
transfer of any prize or cash alternative permitted, except by Sponsor who
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or
greater value, if prize, or portion of prize, becomes unavailable. Promotion

8.     RELEASE OF LIABILITY:  Released Parties shall not be responsible or
liable for Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an
automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in
excess of the stated limit, or for Entries that are late, forged, destroyed,
lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted,
damaged, garbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these official rules, and
all such Entries will be disqualified.  By entering the Promotion, you agree:
(i) to be bound by these official rules and by all applicable laws and all
decisions of the judges which shall be binding and final; (ii) to waive any
rights to claim ambiguity with respect to the official rules; (iii) to waive all
of his/her rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any of the

or by you, (i) interruption or inability to access the sweepstakes, any

9.     CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, all issues and
questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and
enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of
entrants or winners, Sponsor, and administrator in connection with this
Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of
the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of
law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Illinois or any other
jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any
jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois. Any action seeking legal or
equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official
Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the State of Illinois. You hereby
irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any
claim of forum non-convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.

 

10.  TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes and
any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not
specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the
applicable winner. A 1099 tax form (preceded by a W9 Form) will be issued to the
