UUBC Global Group Life Insurance offers you peace of mind, knowing that your
loved ones are financially protected if the unexpected happens. We offer Life
Cover, Critical Illness Cover and Income Cover. You can find more details by

If you're not sure which products are right for you, you can use our financial
planning tools to help you decide. Alternatively you can contact your local
branch and a member of our team will be happy to discuss the options available
with you.

Global Group Life (UK) Ltd.

Are you eligible?

To apply for Life Cover online, you'll need to be an existing UUBC Global Group
customer and registered for UUBC Global Group Internet Banking, and hold a UUBC
Global Group bank account from which you'll make your monthly payments by direct
debit.


TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR UUBC GLOBAL GROUP LIFE INSURANCE PRODUCTS:

You must be a US resident (not including the Channel Islands or the Isle of
Man).


LIFE COVER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

 * 17 or over and under 70 years of age
 * Cover must cease before your 80th birthday

Unfortunately, you can't apply for Critical Illness or Income Cover online at
the moment. Before you visit your local branch it's worth checking you meet the
eligibility requirements which are:


CRITICAL ILLNESS ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

 * 17 or over and under 65 years of age
 * Cover must cease before your 70th birthday


INCOME COVER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

 * 17 or over and under 60 years of age
 * Cover must cease before your 68th birthday
 * In paid employment for more than 16 hours a week including self employment


UUBC GLOBAL GROUP LIFE COVER

At UUBC Global Group, we're here to give your loved ones the financial support
they may need if the unexpected happens.

 * Single or Joint Life Cover available
 * Level Term or Decreasing Term Cover
 * Lump sum payable on death or diagnosis of a terminal illness up to $2,000,000
 * Accidental death benefit, free cover up to a maximum of $250,000

UUBC GLOBAL GROUP CRITICAL ILLNESS COVER

Our Critical Illness Cover can offer you and your loved ones financial support
should you unexpectedly fall ill.

 * A Lump sum of up to $1,000,000 on diagnosis paid free of US income and
   capital gains taxes
 * Lump sum paid on diagnosis of one of the 35 specified Critical Illnesses or
   surgical procedures
 * Level Term or Decreasing Cover
 * Children's cover included

UUBC GLOBAL GROUP INCOME COVER

Our income cover pays a monthly tax-free benefit to help replace your loss of
earnings if you're unable to work due to an accident or injury.

 * Monthly benefit paid directly to your bank account
 * Choose between benefits that pay while you are unable to work for up to 5
   years, or continue to your 68th birthday
 * Dedicated claims assessor is on hand to offer support
 * Premiums for any UUBC Global Group Life and Protection products you hold are
   waived while you receive Income Cover benefits
