with three or more speakers will cost $1.75 per audio minute.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT AVAILABLE FOR HIGH VOLUME?

Yes, we offer a discount for projects with over 12 hours of audio. Please call

CAN I REQUEST TRANSCRIPTION FOR ONLY CERTAIN SECTIONS OF A RECORDING?

Yes, you can request transcription for specific sections of a recording. When
placing your order, please indicate which portions you would like transcribed in
the instructions box. Our team will precisely transcribe only the sections you
have requested. When you specify this, you only pay for the length of the audio
transcribed.

WILL TIMESTAMPS BE INSERTED INTO THE TRANSCRIBED TEXT?

Yes, we can insert timestamps into the transcript if requested. There is an
extra fee for timestamps and you can request them when submitting your order.
Timestamps are useful for navigating the transcription and locating specific
parts of the audio or video recording.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRANSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE VERBATIM OR EDITED?

Yes, we offer verbatim transcription and grammar correction. Our verbatim
transcriptions capture every word, utterance, and pause in the recording. Our
grammar correction service will produce a clean, easy-to-read transcript. Please
note, our grammar correction service does not include editing beyond basic
grammar correction.

WHAT IS THE METHOD FOR RECEIVING THE COMPLETED TRANSCRIPTS?

Once your transcription is complete, you can receive the transcripts either by
email or secure download from your account. With the default method of email
delivery, we will send the transcript as an attachment to the email address
associated with your GMR account. You can also request to opt out of email
delivery and download your transcripts from our secure server.

WHAT IF THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

In the rare event that the delivery of your transcript is delayed for any
reason, our team will notify you as soon as possible. We strive to provide our
customers with prompt and reliable transcription services, and we understand
