15th February 2024 CRH Announces Date for Full Year 2023 Results Conference Call

CRH plc, the leading provider of building materials solutions, will publish its
full year 2023 financial results on Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 2:00am ET
(7:00am GMT) followed by a conference call and webcast presentation at 8:00am ET
(1:00pm GMT).  

12th February 2024 CRH completes $2.1bn acquisition of materials assets in Texas

On November 21, 2023, CRH plc announced that it had reached an agreement to
acquire an attractive portfolio of cement and readymixed concrete assets in
Texas, USA for a total consideration of $2.1 billion. CRH is pleased to announce
that the transaction is now complete.  

7th February 2024 CRH publishes IFRS to U.S. GAAP transition information

CRH plc, the leading provider of building materials solutions, today announces
the impact of the transition to generally accepted accounting principles in the
United States of America (U.S. GAAP) on its results previously prepared in
accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the
financial years ended December 31, 2021 and December 31, 2022.
