At American Express, the security of your Card is always of utmost importance.  
How can you protect yourself? While using your Card, follow the steps below to
help prevent fraud.  



  Please visit our Security Centre to learn more about identifying fraud and
protecting yourself.   Make use of the customer protection and service measures
 

  A customer's entitlement to zero liabilty shall arise where the unauthourised
transaction occurs in the following events:

Contributory fraud/ negligence/ deficiency on the part of the bank (irrespective
of whether or not the transaction is reported by the customer).

Third party breach where the deficiency lies neither with the bank nor with the
customer but lies elsewhere in the system, and the customer notifies the bank
within three working days of receiving the communication from the bank regarding
the unauthorised transaction.

  Additional channel for resolution of unresolved complaints  

  Should you have a complaint for deficiency in service by your bank for issues
unresolved for a month, please click here.
