1. TELUS is the number 1 home security provider in Canada based on number of
subscribers.
2. $100 bill credit only available to online orders of TELUS SmartHome
Security, except Smart Camera plan, on a 3 or 5 year term. Available to
residential customers who have not subscribed to TELUS SmartHome Security in
the past 90 days. Offer subject to change without notice. Bill credit will
be applied upon order completion and will appear on your first bill after
activation. Bill credits are non-transferable, can only be applied to pay
for services charges, and carry no cash value after deactivating your
services.If service is cancelled within 90 days, any credits will be
reversed and the amount will be charged to you in addition to any applicable
cancellation fees.
3. Offer expires September 30, 2021. Offer only applies on Secure and Control
Plans. Customers who sign up for a professional installation, are eligible
to receive a $200 credit. The credit can be in the form of either a bill
credit or an equipment credit. Eligibility and qualification of the credit
type will be determined by the sales representative, at the time of sale.
Offer available to new TELUS SmartHome Security customers who have not had
TELUS SmartHome Security in the past 90 days. Must sign up for either Secure
or Control plans on a 3-year or 5-year service agreement. If cancelled
within 30 days the free equipment must be returned in good condition
otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the account. TELUS
mobility post-paid or Koodo Mobility post-paid customers are eligible for a
discount of $10/month and home services customers are eligible for a
discount of $5/month, for a total discount of $15/month for customers
subscribed to both TELUS mobility OR Koodo Mobility and home services.
Discount is applied on the SHS plan. Only consumer mobility and home
services customers eligible for the bundle discount. Regular price of the
SmartHome Security plans are: $42/month for Secure plan. $52/month for
Secure Plus Video plan and Control Plan and $62/month for Control plus Video
plan. After the 3-year or 5-year term expires, the bundling discounts of up
to $15 per month will expire and regular pricing applies. Offer and regular
pricing are subject to change without notice. Equipment may not be as shown.
A cancellation fee applies for early termination of the 3 year or 5 year
service agreement equal to $35/month for all SmartHome Security plans
excluding Smart Camera and Smart Automation Plus, and $10/month for Smart
Camera and Smart Automation Plus, multiplied by the number of months
remaining in the service agreement (with a partial month counting as a full
month), plus applicable taxes. Rental equipment must be returned in good
condition upon cancellation of service, otherwise the replacement cost will
be charged to the account. Installation fee of $100 applies for all
professionally installed plans and customers who subscribe to 1 or more of
the following services: post-paid TELUS Mobility, SmartHub or High Speed
Internet. The installation fee for all other customers is $450. Additional
installation fees may apply for extra equipment.
