Buyer Found, Time to Sell

Once we find a buyer to purchase your store with our agreed-upon valuation, we
will use escrow.com to create the transaction. This will ensure a safe sale
process between the buyer and us.

Pay Day!

Once we’ve completed the transfer, Escrow will release the funds into your
chosen bank account. You will be directly paid by Escrow.com , and we will also

Hi, I’m Kane 👋.

I've been in the E-commerce space for around 3 years now. After running multiple
stores and exiting from 6+ of my own brands, it has equipped me with a lot of
knowledge about how to start, scale, and, most importantly, sell a brand.

It all started when my circle of friends kept coming to me, asking if I could
sell their stores (some with as little as a $2k sale price). It was great fun
scaling my stores and making my friends some extra money when they no longer
wanted to keep the store going. It wasn't until my friend (shoutout to Mo) said,
"You can probably make this into a business and sell stores for clients."

Q. How much commission do you take?

We are not your 'traditional brokers' who have a set commission based on the
selling price. Our commission will depend on multiple factors such as who the
buyer is, how long the sale takes, and how much work we do. During the valuation
call, we will provide you with an estimate of the net amount you will receive
after all fees are paid. Rest assured, we are always transparent about how much
we make from the deals, and our number one priority is to ensure you are happy
with the offer.

Q. Who are the buyers & where are they based?

After selling countless stores, we have built a massive connection list with
private equity firms, wealth management companies, and acquisition
entrepreneurs. If we were to estimate the budget of all our contacts, the value
would be around $2.1 billion USD. Our investors are located all over the world,
with the majority coming from the U.S., UK, and the Middle East

Q. What are the upfront costs? What’s expected from me?

$0 – There are absolutely no upfront costs. We only make our money if the store
sells. We take care of the entire sale process, meaning you will not be
disturbed and won't have to keep talking to buyers. We handle all the Zoom
calls, questions, and negotiations with the buyer. We will only hassle you once
we receive an offer or need to ask a question that we don't know the answer to.

Q. How do I know this is safe? What if the buyer scams me?

We get it – the online world is full of scams, and we want our sellers to feel
super secure when selling a store. That's why we teamed up with Escrow.com.
Escrow is a financial and legal platform designed to protect buyers and sellers
in a transaction. Escrow holds payment until everyone fulfils their
responsibilities in the transaction. With an escrow payment, the seller will
only receive the funds when the buyer has received and accepted the store
transfer. However, the seller knows they will receive payment because Escrow.com
is holding the funds on their behalf
