today addressed the death of retired Judge John Roemer and court-related
security concerns in a speech at the 2022 State Bar of Wisconsin Annual Meeting

Education Essay Contest. Raddemann, a seventh grader at Pilgrim Park Middle
School, wrote about the value of the First Amendment as a force in driving

COURT SYSTEM CIO JEAN BOUSQUET TO RETIRE

April 21, 2022 - Chief Information Officer (CIO) Jean Bousquet has announced
plans to retire, after nearly 30 years with the Wisconsin court system. Bousquet
joined the courts as a court analyst in 1993. She became CCAP (Consolidated
Court Automation Programs) director in 1998 and has served as CIO since 2001.
