CAN I GET REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR MY MOCKINGBIRD PRODUCTS?

We can definitely help you get replacement parts for your Mockingbird products!

For issues covered under our warranty: Our warranty covers any issues that might
arise with your gear due to manufacturing defects or issues during the shipping
process, so our team is happy to help support if this is ever the case for you.
Please just fill out this form and select “Problem with my Mockingbird gear”
when prompted. Our team will get back to you in 1-2 business days.






For purchasing replacement Canopies, Sunshades, and Bassinet Mattress Pad
Sheets: These products can all be found on our website, linked below. Simply add
them to your cart and make your purchase.

For purchasing all other replacement parts: If you ever need replacement parts
for any other reason (maybe you lost track of one of your parts? We've ALL been
there!), then we are also always happy to help get you set up with a replacement
part order (prices vary depending on the part). So if this is the case for you,
please fill out this form and select “Help with purchasing a replacement part”
when prompted. Please provide as much information as possible about the specific
part you’re needing and we’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days!






Not sure which part you need? Here’s a helpful visual showing the components for
our Single and Single-to-Double Strollers and 2nd Seat Kit. Not all of these
components are replaceable, but if you let us know what you need, we can let you
know the best replacement option.






If you need replacement parts for another product, just let us know on the form,
and if possible, please provide a photo of the part you need so that we can see
exactly what you’ll be needing.

Lastly, because replacement parts are typically lower-cost items, please note
that shipping is free for qualifying orders, so you might consider taking a look
on our Accessories page in case there is anything else you’d like to pick up at
the same time. Our Rain Cover is great for strolling with unpredictable weather
and our Mosquito Net is perfect for keeping those pesky bugs away from your
little one.

Please note: We do not accept returns on any replacement orders; we only accept
full-product returns. While replacement parts are not eligible for return, the
Extra Canopy is considered an accessory which means that it is eligible for
return.
