FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 * How do I get access to the Kaia app?
   1. Click on the "Claim my benefit" button and enter your personal information
   to create an account. We will check if your costs are covered by your
   employer or health care plan.
   2. Answer all questions of the questionnaire. These help us to customize the
   Kaia therapy to your needs.
   3. Once you have answered all questions, we will send you the link to
   download the Kaia app. You can access your program by entering your account
   credentials, created in step 1.
 * Why am I having problems signing up?
   We primarily partner with employers that offer Kaia as part of their health
   insurance package. So at the moment, you'll need to be covered under a health
   plan that includes Kaia in order to access the app.
   
   Your employer or insurance plan does offer Kaia as a benefit but you're still
   seeing an error at the sign up page? Check out the tips below:
   
   Double check your name:
   
   Your name should match how it is displayed on your insurance card
   exactly—take note of any hyphens, apostrophes, or spaces.
   
   Account already created:
   
   If you receive the error " We could not verify your eligibility, an account
   exists already for this information."—head over to the Kaia Health app and
   log in. If you don't remember your password, you can request a password
   reset.
   
   New employees:
   
   If your insurance benefits became active within the last month, you may not
   be eligible for an account just yet. (Processing can take 1-2 months from
   from the date your benefits were activated.)
   
   Recently switched insurance plans:
   
   If changes were made to your insurance plan in the last month, you may not be
   eligible again for an account just yet. (Processing can take 1-2 months from
   from the date your benefits were activated.)

 * How does the Kaia app work?
   The Kaia app delivers different tools, renewed daily, designed to teach you
   how to self-manage pain based on multimodal therapy. The Kaia app will
   present you with a holistic plan that includes daily movement exercises,
   relaxation exercises and knowledge modules that you can carry out anywhere
   and anytime. Your personal Kaia daily training program takes about 10-25
   minutes depending on the number of courses you’re enrolled in.
 * How does my care team support me through my journey with Kaia?
   Kaia Physical Therapists ensure your program adapts to your needs. Kaia
   Coaches are certified health coaches who can support you in 1:1 sessions.
   These sessions are designed to help you create goals and a realistic plan to
   improve your health and better manage your pain. Research indicates that
   guidance, goal setting, and having someone to support accountability all
   improve adherence to therapy. Have a question or need support? Your Kaia Care
   Team is also available to you via the Care Team Chat feature in the Kaia app
   throughout your journey.
 * How do I contact the Kaia Customer Support team?
   
   Do you have a question about your Kaia subscription, your access data, data
