ABOUT
PROJECT MANAGEMENT 360



The Project Management 360 event is a premier two-day seminar and workshop event
for senior executives, organization leaders, and project, program and portfolio
managers.

 



THE IDEA

This event was conceived during the project meeting in a global initiative,
where multiple project stakeholders across different countries and from diverse
cultural background were involved. Different priorities, different needs, not to
mention differences in interpreting and understanding of requirements,
interwoven in the mesh of dependent activities… a common scene in projects of
such scale and nature. An eureka moment came when the thought suddenly surfaced
– to gather the best in project management community from all over the world to
discuss, to share and to mentor… hence Project Management 360 is realized.

 

THE OBJECTIVE

Project Management 360 (PM360) is to bring world-class project management
speakers and practitioners to share their experience, new knowledge, and trends
in the industry, from a GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE. Through the sessions, we will open
to and be aware of project management in other part of the world. Reflecting on
these valuable experiences, we are ready to take on the challenges coming our
way in managing any projects.

THE VIRTUAL EVENT

October 2020 will be done virtually online. It’s the first ever Virtually
Project Management 360, and it is jointly organized by ILSAS and Knowledge
Method. The theme for this year is “LEADERSHIP AND STRATEGY EXECUTION”, with
reference to the Framework for Strategy Execution as shown in the diagram.

ROBERTO PONS

Founder and CEO of Projectlab, a PM training and consulting company in Brazil.

Mr. Roberto Pons is the Founder and CEO of Projectlab, a PM training and
consulting company in Brazil.

Roberto has led projects in the areas such as IT, Oil & Gas, Engineering,
Telecom, Health and Services. He is the author of the book Professional Leader
and a volunteer developer for PM Standards, such as the PMBOK Guide 4th edition;
the PMI’s Standard for Risk Management; and ISO’s 21500 PM Standard.

Roberto is a Graduate from Princeton University in Electrical Engineering and
Computer Science, post-graduate from FGV Foundation with an MBA in Project
Management. He also completed his Master in Major Programme Management in Saïd
Business School, University of Oxford.

 

His professional credentials:

   Institute (PMI)
 * Certified Coach at International Coaching Institute
 * PMP-CC Certified Consultant from PMO Global Alliance


TRISH THURLEY

Founder of Sims4Training.

Ms. Trish Thurley is the Founder of Sims4Training, a company specialising in
using Artificial Intelligence Simulations in the field of change and project
management to equip training providers with innovative and highly effective
solutions.

Trish is an international business consultant, speaker and educator in the field
of Project Management, Programme Management and Stakeholder Management, with
over 30 years’ experience across a wide number of industry sectors (including
Energy, Automotive, Financial Services and FMCG) and in 39 countries around the
globe. Trish is also a visiting Lecturer at one of Europe’s top Business Schools
and a Member of The Association of Project Management (APM).

She has considerable hands on experience of managing change in organisations,
beginning her career in the energy sector with British Gas and managing change
programmes with both Price Waterhouse Coopers and Colgate-Palmolive.

Trish has a Batchelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Genetics and a Masters in
Business Administration.




TAN HAW LIN

Principal Trainer in Knowledge Method.

Mr. Haw Lin is a trainer and facilitator, Haw Lin caters to clients’ training
needs in leadership, soft-skills, and coaching. He has been
helping organizations to build strong leadership and engaged team for more than
10 years.

Haw Lin has been coaching individuals and teams within the corporate world. He
also uses his coaching experience and skills to support regional clients in Asia
to build on their human capital.

Haw Lin holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering and Master in
Business Administration (MBA), both from the USA.

His professional credentials:

 * Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential from Project Management
   Institute (PMI)
 * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance
 * Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF)




NAH WEE YANG

Management Consultant.

Mr. Nah has worked in KPMG Consulting in Singapore, with management consulting
experiences range from strategy management to project management and to IT
solutions implementation.

His portfolio of strategy and project management experience including: World
Bank funded bank modernization programs in Vietnam; Online Banking and Payment
System projects in Southeast Asia; and project management solutions
implementation.

Mr Nah holds a Bachelor of Engineering (in Electronic System Engineering) degree
from the University of Essex, United Kingdom.

His professional credentials:

 * Project Management Institute (PMI) credentials: Project Management
   Professional (PMP)®; PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®
 * Stanford University: Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM)
