The Financial Knowledge mission is to provide financial and benefits information
and adheres to a strict code of ethics in all aspects of business operations to
protect employers, employees, and instructors. Financial Knowledge strives to
create a learning environment without conflicts of interest.

At Financial Knowledge, all classes are taught in a classroom environment.
Financial Knowledge instructors provide the knowledge and life skills needed for
individuals to make their own financial and benefits decisions with confidence.
Financial Knowledge prohibits its instructors from selling financial products or
offering advisory services in the classroom. Financial Knowledge does not have
any affiliations, partnerships or agreements with any other firms including
those that provide financial planning, investment advisory, tax planning,
employee benefits consulting, accounting, banking, brokerage, legal, or real
estate services. Moreover, all courses conducted by Financial Knowledge are for
the sole purpose of general education and do not provide specific investment or

Financial Knowledge Network, LLC (“Financial Knowledge", “Company”, or “We”)
respects the privacy of our students and users who utilize the
www.financialknowledge.com website (“Website”) or other products and services of

the Website. Our Website gives you the ability to register for upcoming courses,
view recorded classes (if applicable), obtain continuing education units (CEUs),
and contact support. Your information is used for registration tracking purposes
and also to alert you about your course registrations, cancellations, and CEU
credits and Company products and services. The Website also collects aggregative
statistical information for purposes of improving the Website and its services,
and We do share the aggregative statistical information with your employer upon
their request. For example, aggregative statistical information includes
tracking the number of students registered for and who attended a specific
course or program on the Website.

YOUR DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS; DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

Financial Knowledge may store, transfer, or otherwise process Personal
Information in countries outside the country of your residence, including the
United States and possibly other countries. If you are from the European

   (such as service messages, account notifications, etc.) are considered

   these messages unless you cancel your user account.

CIRCUMSTANCES UNDER WHICH DATA WE COLLECT IS SHARED

Your privacy is our top priority. We do not sell or rent your personally
identifiable information, and We will not share your personally identifiable
information with others except in the limited circumstances described in this
Privacy Notice. The company shares Personal Information only as set forth below:

 * Clients – The Company shares aggregative statistical information with the
   Company’s “Clients”, i.e. companies or employers who engage the Company for
   its services, including but not limited to the Website.

WHAT WE DO TO PROTECT THE DATA WE COLLECT

The security, integrity and confidentiality of your Personal Information is
extremely important. Financial Knowledge takes measures to maintain the
confidentiality of your personal information which include physical maintenance,
technological maintenance and internal processes and procedures which are done
to protect your information. Please be aware though that, despite the Company’s
best efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable and, therefore,
the Company cannot guarantee that Personal Information will remain secure in all
circumstances.

We update our systems to install security updates and patches. We have scheduled
maintenance periods for patching and apply patches on a delayed schedule to
ensure proper testing. In addition, We use firewalls and antivirus/antimalware
to detect and help prevent intrusions.

We also encourage our users to play a role in securing your own data by creating
strong passwords on our site.

DATA STORAGE, RETENTION AND DELETION POLICY

We keep your personal information to enable your continued use of our system and
services, for as long as it is required in order to fulfill the relevant

AGREEMENT STATES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE.

 5. Limitation of Liability.

WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION, BREACH
OF CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT
LIABILITY), EVEN IF A COMPANY PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES.

NOTHING IN THIS SECTION 6 SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT ANY FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
NETWORK, LLC PARTY’S LIABILITY FOR LOSSES WHICH MAY NOT BE LAWFULLY EXCLUDED OR
LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN WHICH CASE, SUCH FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE NETWORK, LLC
PARTY’S LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE
LAW.

 6. Choice of Law; Dispute Resolution; Class Action Waiver.

6.1.    Choice of Law

The validity, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement shall be
controlled by and construed under the laws of the State of California without
regards to its conflicts of laws principles.

6.2.    Dispute Resolution/Acknowledgment of, and Agreement to, Arbitration

Except as prohibited by law, any dispute or controversy regarding the
enforcement or interpretation of this Agreement will be resolved through binding
arbitration under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration
Association in Santa Clara County, California.  THE PARTIES UNDERSTAND THAT BY
AGREEING TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES THEY ARE WAIVING ANY RIGHT THEY MIGHT OTHERWISE
HAVE TO A JURY TRIAL.  This arbitration provision is not intended to modify or
limit the right of the parties to seek equitable relief, such as an injunction
or attachment, through judicial process, which will not be deemed a waiver of
the right to demand and obtain arbitration

6.3.    Class Action Waiver

Any arbitration under this Agreement will take place on an individual basis;
class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted. Neither You nor Company
has the right to act as a class representative or participate as a member of a
class of claimants with respect to any claim.

 7. General Terms.

7.1.    Entire Agreement

This Agreement and any other terms or privacy policies referenced herein, is the
entire agreement between You and the Company and supersedes any prior agreement
or understanding regarding anything connected to that subject matter.

7.2.    Amendment; Modification

Company may add to, change or remove any part of the Website, including, without
limitation, any Content, at any time without prior notice to You. We also
reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time.  When We make changes to
the Agreement, We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of the
Agreement and We will notify You of the changes by prominently posting a notice
of such changes on the Website and/or be sending You an email. We encourage You
to review this Agreement whenever You visit the Website. By continuing to access
and use the Website after any such changes have been posted, You are indicating
your acceptance of such changes, even if You have not reviewed the changes.

7.3.    Electronic Communications

Us electronically. For that reason, You also consent to receive communications

the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not
be affected or impaired.

7.6.    Assignment

You may not assign or otherwise transfer your rights, or delegate your
performance, under this Agreement to a third-party without Company’s prior
written consent. Company may assign or transfer its rights or delegate any
performance under this Agreement to any third-party in its sole discretion.
