Founder

Elle Rustique, Ph.D. is the CEO and Founder of TipBrightly, a social impact and
fintech company on a mission to help tipped service workers recover the lost
opportunity for earnings in an increasingly cashless society.  A published
author, Elle holds degrees from Washington University in St. Louis, Columbia
University’s Teachers College, and University College London’s Institute of
Education. As a post-doctoral fellow at Stanford University, Elle focused her
work on helping educational systems to be more equitable. Elle launched her
career in education as a high school teacher in East Harlem, New York, then
embarked on redesigning high schools across the US, scaling education reform and
studying organizational leadership and change. The daughter of first-generation
immigrants from the Philippines, Elle was inspired to start TipBrightly, a
