LOGIN ISSUES

In order to obtain your password, you must return to the site that you
originally signed-up for and click on the "Forgot Password?" link found on the
login page.

Your username and password will be sent to your email address on file.
If you aren't receiving your password via email, be sure to check your email
account's spam folder*.

* GMail’s ‘Spam’ folder is hidden from view by default. To view the folder,
simply hover your mouse pointer over any of the folder names in the left column
of the GMail user interface: the column will expand to show all the folder
labels, including the ‘Spam’ folder.


VIDEO ISSUES

HD video requires a better than average internet connection and computer, so if
you have a slow connection or older computer, you may experience issues. If you
can’t do anything about that, then try the following:

 * Select a lower video quality from the drop-down under the video player.
 * Turn off other programs you may be running like, virus protection, ad
   blocker, or energy saving settings.
 * Stop any files that you may be downloading in the background.
 * Try closing other browser tabs if you have many opened.
 * Try a different browser . We recommend the latest versions of the following
   browsers: Google Chrome, FireFox.


CANCEL MEMBERSHIP

To cancel your membership please login to your account and use the "Cancel
Membership" link at the bottom of the page.
