HOW DO I RESET MY DIGITAL BANKING PASSWORD?

Here’s how to reset your Digital Banking password: Online Banking To change your
password in Online Banking: 1. Go to Online Banking Login 2. Select Forgot Your
Password? 3. Enter your User ID 4. Enter the last 4 digits of your SSN. You can
also select Don't have SSN? to enter your Date of Birth. 5. Select a
verification method For One-Time Passcode Verification: • Select One-Time
Passcode Verification from the drop-down menu. We’ll send a One-Time Passcode to
the number we have for you • Check for the One-Time Passcode we sent via SMS
(text message) or by automated voice messaging • Enter One-Time Passcode •
Select Continue For ATM, Debit or Credit Card Verification: (if you don’t have a
Santander Debit Card or Credit Card or don’t know your PIN, contact Customer
Service at 1-877-768-2265, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, Monday - Saturday) • Enter
the last 4 digits of your Santander Debit, ATM, or Credit Card Number • Enter
the last 4 digits of your card • Enter PIN • Select Continue 6. Enter and verify
your new password 7. Select Continue and you’ll see a confirmation message that
your password was changed successfully 8. Select Log in to Online Banking


WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGOT MY ATM/SANTANDER DEBIT CARD PIN?

To Request New ATM &amp; Debit Card PIN Online: • Login to your account using
your current User ID and Password • from the navigation menu, select Accounts ►
Card Management • under ATM &amp; Debit Card Services, select Request New ATM
&amp; Debit Card PIN • from the drop down menu, select the debit card for which
you wish to request a new PIN • click Continue • review the Card Details and
press Confirm Or, you may contact a Customer Service Center Advisor at
1-877-768-2265 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, Monday - Saturday. An Advisor will be
happy to place a request for a PIN mailer. IMPORTANT! The PIN mailer will be
sent to your mailing address on file in 5 to 7 business days. If your address
has changed, please contact an Advisor at 1-877-768-2265 prior to requesting a
PIN mailer online.


HOW TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT?

Get the registration form by clicking on the Sign Up button on the top bar.
Provide all the required information and click on the Sign Up button.


HOW DO I REPLACE MY DEBIT CARD IF IT IS DAMAGED?

If your Santander Debit Card is damaged, or if the 3 digit code on the back of
your card is illegible, you can order a replacement ATM/Santander Debit Card in
the any of the following ways: 1. Order a Replacement Debit Card Online: • Login
to your account using your current User ID and Password • From the navigation
menu, select Accounts ►Card Management • Under ATM &amp; Debit Card Services,
select Order ATM &amp; Debit Card Replacement • From drop down menu, select
appropriate card • Click Continue • Verify information and click Continue 2.
Contact a Customer Service Center Advisor at 1-877-768-2265, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
EST, Monday - Saturday. 3. Visit your local branch to order a replacement card.
Important! Your Replacement ATM or Debit Card will be sent to your mailing
address on file in 5 to 7 business days. If your address has changed, please
contact an Advisor at 1-877-768-2265 prior to requesting a replacement ATM/Debit
Card.

To close your account, please visit your local branch, or you may speak with a

this time we do not have the capability to close accounts through an email
request or online.
