Hello my little pumpkin seeds! I am the Pumpkin Mage!
I have been rigging models officially since July 2022. My skills continue to
grow with every model I rig! It's honestly one of my favorite things to do which

TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

 * I have the right to refuse any commission

 * The finished model files given to the client are for runtime only. Live2d
   project files will not be given to the client unless there is a specific
   reason for needing them (company or talent agency commission).

 * I require credit to be clearly written in an easy to see place. This should
   be in your Twitter bio and about page on your channel.

 * Clients must fully disclose any planned dates for debuts of the rigged model.
   Deadlines cannot be hastened after the commission process has started.

 * Clients cannot under any circumstances use any part of their commissioned rig
   for non fungible tokens. Use of my rigging for any advertising or profit
   associated with NFTs or cryptocurrency is strictly forbidden.

 * I have the right to use the final product and its derivatives for promotional
   purposes. This includes posting the finished work on Twitter and add examples
   to this website. Credit to your Twitter/Twitch/YouTube/ECT will be given
   either in the Twitter post or under the example video on my website. If you
   purchased privacy fee I will wait until you debut to add the example or show
   any of the work.

APPLICATIONS AND PROCESS

 * I will only rig a previously rigged model if I am provided a written
   agreement by both the previous rigger and model artist

 * Individual slots will not be taken until I have confirmed the details with
   the client and I have agreed to take on the commission

 * Up to 3 revisions are offered while the rigging is in progress. Once the
   first version of the final model is sent to the client, up to 5 major
   revisions will be offered. Additional revisions will be subject it a fee
   (starting at 3% of total price)

 * I require a 1 - 2 month window for finishing the project. This window starts
   when I begin your project, not when you take a slot or are added to the wait
   list.

 * In the case that permission is given to livestream working on your
   commission, there is a possibility that I will test the movement of your
   model with tracking software on stream.

PAYMENT

 * I do not offer refunds. I will only accept payment when I am ready to start a
   project.

 * Express (finish commission in 2 weeks) will be an additional cost of $200.
   Depending on the design/overall complexity of the model, I may not be able to
   accept it if the deadline is still too tight. In cases like these, I am open
   to discussing pushing certain parts of the rigging to a later date

 * I will accept payment via Ko-Fi or PayPal. If payment is made through PayPal,
   an invoice will be sent.


WORKFLOW

 * Commission Application taken via Google Forms; in the week following the
   closing of the applications, I will be contacting those whose applications
   were accepted

 * I will confirm the final quote with client

 * Invoice sent to client via PayPal or client pays via Ko-Fi

 * Invoice is paid; client agrees to the Rigging Scope Checklist drafted by
   myself; work on the commission begins

 * Progress videos or pictures are sent to the client throughout the work
   period; adjustments are made according to any feedback. Additionally the
   client will receive reports via the Rigging Scope Checklist that was approved
   at the beginning of the commission.

 * Once the model is complete, I will send a .zip file with the runtime model
   folder for Vtube Studio.

 * If there any any small adjustments desired by the client after trying out the
   model, these points will be fixed and I will send a new version of the files.

 * If tracking settings need any adjustments, assistance will be provided to the
   client.

 * If you would like additions or new things added to your model at a later
   time, we can discuss scheduling. I will prioritize any current commission I
   am working on over any adjustments or additions for past models.

 * Can I get on your wait list?

Yes, please send me a DM via Twitter

 * Do I need to have a finished PSD?

Yes, I will only be accepting finished PSDs for applications as I need to
confirm the layer and part set up

 * What makes your prefer one application over another?

If the model is nicely layered, permission to livestream rigging your model, and
flexible schedules will make me more inclined to take on your project. I also
would love to see my models in use, so if you plan to use them often that's a
huge plus too!

 * What kinds of things are on the application?

There will be areas to include things about your desired rig, including: Desired
toggles, expressions, and animations, deadline flexibility and schedule, PSD
upload, PayPal email for invoicing, tracking method you will be using, and
permission for me to livestream working on your model. Please note that I prefer
being able to livestream working on your model over not.

 * How long does it take for a commission to be completed?

In general, it will take anywhere from 1 to 2 months to complete a complex full
body rig.

 * Why do commissions take so long?

I do not rig live2d models full time. I work a 9 to 5 job in addition to
streaming, thus my schedule is a bit tight. Please know that I will never accept
a commission if I do not have time to complete the commission.

Half Body rigging is from the waist up - the lower body will be very minimally
adjusted. Detailed finger movement will also not be included.

*Additional outfits and hairstyles will vary in price depending on how different
they are from the original model, as well as the amount of parts/layers. If
possible, I ask for the pose of the alternate outfit to be the same as the
original outfit, for highest efficiency.*For additional outfits or hairstyles, I
will not do these for the initial commission. These will have to be scheduled at
a later time, apart from the original model's rigging. This is to prevent
burnout!*For full body to chibi model toggle, this means I will add a hotkey to
transition to a chibi sized model from your current model. Please see the

I have decided to hold raffles for a free full body rig every once in a while.
The frequency of these raffles may change due to my own schedule and work
load.This is my way to give back to the vtuber community and also help those who
may not be able for afford to rig their model.

TERMS OF SERVICE

 * My "General Terms of Service" still apply to the raffle. Please see this page
   here for more information.

 * By entering you are agreeing to let me livestream rigging your model. There
   will be no exceptions.

 * You must have a finished PSD by the time the raffle ends. If you are selected
   and you do not have a finished PSD, I will choose someone else.

 * Up to 3 revisions are offered while the rigging is in progress. Once the
   first version of the final model is sent to the client, up to 3 major
   revisions will be offered. Additional revisions will not be provided.

 * By entering you understand that those who have commissioned me take
   precedence in my workload. In other words, people who have paid me for my
   work will receive a completed model faster. Those who have won the raffle
   will not be able to purchase an express pass.

 * If you have a strict deadline for when the rig needs to be completed, I will
   not accept the project and I will pick someone else who has a more flexible
   schedule.

would cost. You can check it out at any time even when the commission status

if you wish to commission me. Please make sure my status says OPEN first, the
form will be closed otherwise.I try to take in a new batch of 1-2 people per
month. If you're wondering about when will I be available again, please check
