LOW INCOME HOUSEHOLD WATER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) provides assistance
to households that are experiencing a water crisis. LIHWAP provides households
assistance with drinking water and wastewater costs to include arrearages.
