having a principal place of business at 7100 E. Belleview Avenue, Suite G-11,
Greenwood Village, Colorado, United States of America. We’ve endeavored to make
this Privacy Policy clear, concise, and understandable. If you need any

The Company is committed to respecting your privacy. Company has established
this Privacy Policy, so that you can understand the care with which we intend to
treat your information. This Privacy Policy sets forth our policies and
practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information
we receive from users of our website, www.morpheusdata.com (“Website”), and our
subscription service or our end user software (collectively the service and the
software referred to herein as, the “Service”). By using the Website and/or the
Service, you acknowledge and agree to the policies and practices described in
this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the policies and practices
described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Website or the Service.

Customers are very important to us and we want to know who you are, but not
abuse the use of the information you give us. Our Website can be visited without
telling us who you are or revealing any personally identifiable information
about yourself.
