The mission of Miracle Performance is to provide clients access to multiple
“boutique style” fitness services all under one roof, for a fraction of the
total cost versus having memberships to multiple fitness studios.

Our goal is provide our clients with the complete workout solution, covering all
components of fitness, including functional strength, cardiovascular
conditioning, core strength, mobility and flexibility, recovery, and nutrition.

We realize that workouts that specialize in each individual component produce
far greater results than workouts that try to encompass all at once. We built
unique workout studios that have specific equipment and flooring designed to
optimize each training environment.

STRENGTH TRAINING


MP STRENGTH

MP STRENGTH combines elements of our previously offered MRT and LVL Up classes,
to focus on total body strength training. The class is designed for any fitness
level and led by a degreed and certified Personal Trainer. The workout will be
programmed using intervals, EMOM, and AMAP rep schemes. It features a variety of
equipment, including post landmine barbells, kettlebells, plyo boxes, bands,
racks, and bench. Every participant will have their own “Workout Pod”, a 12×8
taped off workout station featuring their own equipment. [Learn More]

METABOLIC CONDITIONING


MP MET-CON

Metabolic Conditioning, AKA Met-Con, is a method of training that involves
elevating the heart rate with a high work rate, using exercises designed to burn
more calories during your workout and maximize calories burned after your
workout. MP Met-Con will feature exercises performed with our Woodway Curve
Treadmills, rowers, sliders, jump ropes, agility squares, ab mats, bands, and
benches. Each person will have their own station with their own equipment.

VERSACLIMBER STUDIO


MP CLIMB

MP CLIMB is a 30 minute Versaclimber class that works the entire body from legs,
glutes, core, back, and arms. The vertical climber is low impact workout suited
for any fitness level or ability. Studies have proven a VersaClimber workout
burns more fat and calories per min than Treadmills, Ellipticals, Steppers, and
Bikes. Combine all this with awesome instructors and great music, MP CLIMB is

VIRTUAL TRAINING

HIIT&Run is a total body conditioning and core workout that features BAS boxing
systems, Woodway Curve Treadmills, Rowers, Battle Ropes, and Myzone heart rate
tracking. All HIIT&Run workouts are Low Impact/High Intensity, designed to burn

MP ATHLETE

MP Athlete is our Youth Sports Performance training facility geared towards
Athletes ages 9-18. Our focus is helping to improve strength, improve speed &
agility, reduce the chances of injury, and help your child perform better on the

BOXING/CONDITIONING


BOX FIT

No experience necessary! If you have always wanted to try boxing but did not
know where to start, then this class is for you. You will get an intense workout
as you learn basic boxing techniques. Classes feature a distinct combination of
bodyweight exercises, foot drills, cardio, stretching, and boxing technique that
will get your heart pumping!


PRIVATE/SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING


PERSONAL TRAINING

Semi-Private training offers a more affordable way to get a personalized workout
program for a fraction of the cost of one-on-one training. With more individual
attention & higher skill movements means that we can truly ‘release the brakes’
and get you the fastest results possible.  If you have specific needs or goals
that don’t fit directly into what we do in our group based offerings – this is
the perfect way to maximize progress toward those.

YOUTH BOXING


YOUTH BOXFIT

For ages 6-17yr olds. Classes feature a distinct combination of bodyweight
exercises, foot drills, cardio, stretching, and boxing technique. With a focus
on hand eye coordination, listening skills, discipline, and hard work.

4 UNIQUE FITNESS STUDIOS

Get a better workout with specialized studios with specific equipment and
flooring to provide a safer and more effective workout.

OVER 60 CLASSES PER WEEK

More classes to fit your busy schedule. We offer early morning (starting at

PROFESSIONL TRAINERS

Our highly qualified trainers all have a minimum bachelors degree in Exercise
Science, and industry leading personal training certifications. 

MYZONE HEART RATE TECHNOLOGY

MYZONE is an accurate heart rate monitoring system that gives our members real
time feedback on effort, heart rate, and calories burned.
