THE RAH GROUP WAS FORMED IN SEPTEMBER 2021 AS THE HOLDING COMPANY TO EDGE
SERVICES – THE MANUAL HANDLING TRAINING COMPANY.

The abbreviation RAH comes from Managing Director, Craig Haley’s late father
Robert Anthony Haley, and we are immensely proud that Robert has been remembered
in this way, with his memory forming the basis for our holding company name ‘RAH
Group’.

On the 17th September 2021, the group successfully acquired EDGE Services – The
Manual Handling Training Company, from Kate and Andy Lovett. EDGE Services was
already a successful training company operating for over 20 years and the RAH
Group has plans to expand and grow further, building on the strong reputation
the company has already achieved.

In August 2022, after an exciting and busy year during which we sustained and
built on the current business model. RAH Group expanded further by creating a
sister company, EDGE Services – Awareness and Wellbeing Training. This sister
company aims to benefit all sectors of the working environment, including those
working with the public, in an office and all situations.

We believe our courses and workshops can provide people an awareness within the
workplace to support challenging situations such as Dementia and other hidden
disabilities by gaining knowledge and skills to create a positive difference.

Our vision is to grow as a group and for RAH Group to strengthen the EDGE
Services brand, continuing the delivery of high-quality training which really
does make a difference across the care sector and beyond.
