In 1977, the World Health Assembly decided that the main social target of governments and of WHO should be the attainment by all the people of the world by the year 2000, a level of health that would permit them to lead a socially and economically productive life. This meant availability of basic Primary and Secondary Care to all. Now, 40 years later, we are far from it… more so in our Rural / Semi urban communities. We have not been able to decentralise healthcare – move it away from where the competency is available (Tertiary Centers and Corporate Hospitals) to where it is needed (Primary / Secondary care clinics). Footfall management has been one of the biggest issues – Primary and Secondary healthcare facilities exist in some form but ill equipped & Tertiary care centers over-crowded. On the other hand, mobile technology has revolutionized the telecom industry. Covid has demonstrated its adaptability & deployment in Healthcare. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SCHEDULE Jul 22FRI 8:30 AM Health for All - A distant dream? 90 mins Puneet Pantane Co-Founder, CBO & CMO, Crosscope Ramanathan Sethuraman Fellow Architect, DPG, Intel Incorporation Kamala Rai Vice-President Sr Global Program Head , Novartis Sudarsan Srinivasan Vice President, R&D India, BDX, Becton Dickinson Suraj Rengarajan CTO at Applied Materials India, Applied Materials India Ravi Ramaswamy -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SPEAKERS PUNEET PANTANE Co-Founder, CBO & CMO, Crosscope Global Digital Healthcare Transformation Professional Puneet is a Global Digital Healthcare Transformation Professional with a diverse experience of almost 20 years in Healthcare Digital Product Innovation, Large scale Digital Transformations for healthcare providers, hospitals, and public healthcare programs across global markets.
