Hi everyone and thank you for visiting my website. My name is Jozef Povazan and
I am the founder and principal photographer for Povazan Photography North
Vancouver based wedding and portrait photography studio. Scenic pictures mixed
with dramatic portraits and candid priceless moments describe the best my modern
style of creative imagery.My brides love to address me as Unique, Edgy, Fun
photographer who knows how to create from nothing something simple yet amazing.
Award winning and sough after wedding photography brought me clients from around
the world, such Sydney Australia, New York, USA, Singapore in Indonesia, Hong
Kong and more.

Our studio is based in North Vancouver, wedding venues within BC such Whistler,
Squamish, Sunshine coast, Vancouver Island, Okanagan Valley, Kelowna Cove
resort, Vernon Sparkling Hill weddings are covered free of charge of any travel
expenses. Destination wedding within Canada to cities like Calgary, Banff,
Jasper, Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto will require flight and hotel to be covered by
the clients. Any worldwide destination weddings are customized with clients
responsible for All inclusive travel package for me. More information is
available upon request.

My wedding and engagement stories had been published in multiple international
wedding blogs and magazines. I proud to be a member of some of the best world
wedding photography societies like WPPI - Wedding Portrait Photographers
International, Fearless Photographers, International Society of Professional
Wedding Photographers - ISPWP, Professional Wedding Photographers of Canada -
PWPC to name couple.

Wedding wire couple's choice award for 2014, 2015, 2016 season, Fearless
Photographers award, voted among Top 3 Vancouver wedding photographers and being
featured in places such Snap Knot, Wedding Lovely, It's Love or Real weddings
magazine make me humble but at the same time thrilled how much my grooms and
brides like art I create for them.

The huge wedding industry recognition became with Canadian and International
wedding photography contest awards after 2015.

Just to name couple 7 TOP 20 from famous International Society of Professional
Wedding Photographers ISPWP, Overall Winner of Best wedding photographer in BC
in 2015 and 2019, Finalist of Best wedding photographers in British Columbia in
2020, 2018 and 2017 were simply amazing recognitions. Adventure brides and
grooms who love real, spontaneous candid moments mixed with creative wedding
portraits simply brought us such a joy to work with and our success is thanks to
them and their stories which were sought after for photography contests judges
around the world.

Best wedding pictures require a bit more then just the latest came gear. There
must be a vision and then action to recreate a 3D reality to two dimensional
