Beautiful Thailand with Odynovo
From planing to the actual tour, our experience with Odynovo and the guide
tours(Spanish language) was just wonderful. They responded to our inquiries
promptly and polite. They were always on time, we didn't have to wait for them
yo help us, and they complete what they promise in the intenerary. I highly
recommend them for your trip to Thailand. Thailand people are very nice, polite

I would first like to congratulate Ander our tour representative for doing a
great Job. We had scheduled a major 23 day tour to Ecuador, Peru Argentina and
Brazil with major cites sightseeing and travel to the Galápagos Islands Machu
Pichu, Iguaza Falls and Rio. Our guides were extremely knowledgeable and very
helpful in getting through the airports and picking us up when we arrived!! Only

Egypt & Kenya
We recently returned from an itinerary we put together with Odynovo (we worked
with Joyce, who was absolutely GREAT !) that had us visiting both Egypt and then
onto Kenya. I cannot count how many times my wife & myself changed the
itinerary, even going as far as adding my son to the trip in the middle of
planning, which obviously changed hotels, ship & various other accommodations as
well. Joyce was extremely patience with us and our changes and re-worked our
itinerary (continually) as needed (many times, sorry !) and actually offered
some better ideas & changes that actually worked out well for us. To Joyce's
credit, her communication was spot on as well, as we never had to wait on
replies to our changes or general questions, she kept in constant daily
communication with us, when necessary, so we always knew where we were in the
planning / confirmation stage so we could address any issues or modifications in
a timely fashion.
This trip was setup as a totally private excursion / tour for just my wife,
myself and my son and necessitated multiple drivers, multiple guides, a cruise
with multiple ports / guided private tours, 4 intra-country flights and 1
international flight (all set up by Joyce / Odynovo). I only mention this
because I was a bit hesitant with all the moving parts, flights, locations,
accommodations, timing, etc., that there was just too much for something not to
go wrong or get missed. Well, all went great and exactly as planned and I cannot
say enough about the guides and drivers that were arranged, all were totally
professional, timely, extremely knowledgable and quite flexible if we wanted to
change things on the fly (which we did).
In summary, the overall trip itself was great. Joyce (Odynovo) removed any
worries or angst from the initial planning stage with great constant
communication, plus having all the arrangements (for us it was a myriad of
things) take place without issue and ultimately the drivers / guides supplied
were absolutely fantastic as well.
I definitely recommend Odynovo and have already contacted Joyce to discuss a
trip in 2023 to Tanzania.

This was our first time to use a tour company. After trying for years to arrange
a trip to Greece on our own and not being able to decide on which islands to
visit, Odynovo was recommended by my hairstylist. They know everything, right?
He showed me a few photos of places he had been and told me how flexible they

from New South Wales was our tour assistant and quickly arranged the most
spectacular trip of our lives. I loved getting up every morning before we
departed to find an email from her with trip updates and information. The trip
arrangements were seamless and worry-free, organized and customized to meet our
needs. We opted for 5-star accommodations and private transfers and guides. Just
send a message about what you want and they will put together a remarkable
option for you! Pricing is extremely fair. We requested additional days at each
destination to allow ample time for relaxation. It was no less than perfect! I

Just got back from a 11 day trip to Istanbul and Egypt. This is the first time
we used Odynovo tours and frankly our group ( 2 couples) did not know what to
expect. The trip was flawless!! Our representative Joyce Chen did a great job
organizing and planning our trip and designing our trip based on her knowledge
of the areas and our input. Our guides, drivers, and airport representatives
were timely, knowledgeable, and generally just nice people. Will be using
Odynovo again, maybe this time for a Southeast Asia trip. Thanks Joyce!!

Magnificent trip!!!
Allison C. has been nothing but amazing and incredibly helpful. From the start
to the end of our trip to Turkey, she was always available
to provide answers to our questions and organized an itinerary geared to our
liking full of great tourist sights and adventures. She took care of all the
details. My friends and I were impressed by our accommodations especially the
one in Cappadocia. Our guides were superb and very knowledgeable. They went way
and above to make sure we were talking care of. This was a trip to celebrate my
birthday and it certainly was unforgettable!!!! We enjoyed our trip to Turkey
immensely because Allison organized it very well. We are forever grateful to
her. I would definitely work with Allison again for future tours with Odynovo.

Life-changing trip through Vietnam and Cambodia
Just got back from a 12-day trip across Vietnam and Cambodia. Explored and
learned a lot about the rich cultures and histories of these countries in Saigon
(thanks a lot to my local guide Louis!), and Phnom Penh and Siem Reap - special
shoutouts to my local guides Darith and Raty who took special care and attention
to all my questions especially about Angkor temples and Khmer food :)
Kudos to the entire Odynovo team including my consultant Nikki Xia who
tailor-fit this trip to make it as memorable as possible. Looking forward to
more trips with them :)

Great customer service
I had a great interaction with Odynovo tour agent Allison C. as we were planning
a trip to Morocco for my group of friends. She was responsive and diligent in
organizing for us the itinerary exactly as we wanted. This was not simple, as we
had diverging interests and needed some time to figure out what would work best
for us. Allison was patient and kind throughout the process! All in all, very
professional!

Wow!!! If I could rate this trip experience higher I would. I have dreamed of
traveling to Egypt for all my adult life. Often when you finally do something
that you dreamed about for so long, it rarely lives up to the fantasy you
created in your mind. This trip exceeded all expectations.
First, Monica my contact person for the booking and planning of this trip was
exceptional. She provided a variety of itineraries for multi-country trips, for
me to choose from. And quickly adjusted the itinerary for all of my lodging and
activity request. Also, when my travel partner had to pull out of the trip 40
days before our departure, Monica was able to change my trip to a solo excursion
at a reasonable price. I’m very picky and ask a lot of questions, I couldn’t
have asked for better customer service.
Once I arrived in Egypt all members of the tour guide team were amazing. From
the time I landed every move I made was planned just for me, it was a true
private tour through Egypt. Ihab was helpful in the airport and also helped me
arrange transportation for my dinner reservations. Driving in Cairo is nothing
like driving in the U.S., the drivers were great and got me everywhere quickly
and safely. Nehal was a wonderful guide in Cairo. She did an excellent job
explaining everything I was experiencing, while also giving me the freedom to
explore on my own. Saleh my guide for Aswan and Luxor, truly went above and
beyond. He helped me add extra experiences not on the initial itinerary and made
sure that I had an exceptional time in Egypt. I truly felt like a guest being
hosted in Egypt. I did so many fantastic things on this 7 day trip. It would
have been impossible to do all I did without their help. From start to finish
everyone was helpful, friendly and welcoming. Amazing team.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Where to even start!? It’s gonna be a long one! This trip was a once in a
lifetime, bucket list trip, and Odynovo made it possible! Allison Chang (travel
agent) was SO helpful and SO patient when planning this trip as I was constantly
making changes. I would get an email response within 24 hours every time I
reached out. I will definitely be contacting her for our next big trip!!
As for the trip-We flew into Cairo & stayed overnight in Giza, took a flight the
next day to Aswan for a 3-day Nile cruise, ended the cruise in Luxor and drove
to Hurghada for two nights at the Red Sea and then back to Cairo at the same
hotel for two more days in Giza to see the pyramids and museum (9 total days in
Egypt). Our first airport rep in Cairo (Mohammed Saied), helped us immensely
throughout the visa and customs process! He provided SO MUCH history and
information just en route to our hotel and back to the airport the next day-he
was truly the most helpful airport rep!
Now, for our Nile cruise.. the ship was lovely, and we have no complaints about
it! The staff were all so welcoming and the service was wonderful. We cruised on
the Amwaj. Our guide that was with us the entire time on the ship and at all the
temples, Amro Ghanem, deserves 100 stars!! We were so lucky to have him as our
guide; he was simply the best! He was calm and patient in crowds at the temples
(we noticed other guides were yelling at their groups, and he never once did
this), he knew everything there was to know about everything; we learned SO
much, and he made each tour very enjoyable. He was mindful of our time, took
photos for us, helped us navigate some VERY intense heckling situations (this
happens everywhere so be aware) and truly made our trip! We did felucca
(sailing) on the Nile which was so nice and relaxing! It’s optional but it’s
included in the package, so I highly recommend doing this! I just can’t say
enough good things about the cruise and its staff and our guide Amro; I could go
on and on about how great it was!
Our guide at the pyramids and Egyptian museum, Nihal Nabil, was also great! She
too was very knowledgeable and so helpful in guiding us through the crowded
museum. The pyramids and camel riding (a must!), was such a fun day; Nihal gave
us great pointers and advice as far as tipping (which is expected for anything
and everything), and where to take the best photos!
After our 9 days in Egypt, we flew to Kenya for 7 days to do safari tours. We
stayed at two different safari tented camps, Flamingo Hill in Lake Nakuru and
Zebra Plains in Maasai Mara-both beautiful and FANTASTIC service! We saw so many
animals and witnessed many incredible moments! I will say, you definitely see
more big game animals at Maasai Mara, so if you’re short on time or choosing
between camps, go for this one! We did a total of 6 safaris between the two
camps, and we saw something new every time! Again, a bucket list trip, and we
wouldn’t change a thing! Our driver/guide, Joseph Kimani, was the BEST. He was
so laid back (when we changed plans on him a couple times), so knowledgeable
about the camps and animals we saw and had the most contagious laugh; we had a
blast with him!
If anyone wants our itinerary, I’m more than happy to share! It was an
unforgettable trip!! THANK YOU ODYNOVO!!

Exceptional
We have used Odynovo a number of times now, most recently on a trip to Namibia.
Once again, everything went to plan, with excellent in-country driver/guide
arranged, good quality accommodation, and a seamless service. We have valued
being able to deal with Queenie, each time we have looked to arrange a trip,
wherever we have travelled in the world, which has been appreciated. The
planning always reflects what we have asked for, with timely and efficient
responses to queries. I would highly recommend them for travel in Namibia, and
indeed elsewhere. We will certainly use their services again.

We used David Ding for our trip to Egypt, Jordan and Israel. From the get go he
was phenomenal. He was attentive and an efficient communicator, he planned our
trip precisely and time efficiently. We nominated locations and resorts for 4
days of ‘down time’. David Took this all into consideration and planned an
awesome itinerary. The perfect mix of ‘tourist/ sight seeing’ and relaxation! We
added Sharm El sheike (red sea and snorkelling - a must do!) and Hurghada, not
generally visited by sight seeing tourists.
We were greeted in every location by a guide who assisted us thru customs. We
had private vehicle for every leg. The English speaking tour guides were aweosme
(shout out to Ahmed Mohamed our 3 day nile cruise tour guide, he was amazing-
funny, but knowledgeable!).
We highly recommend using Odynovo, from the hassle free time saving of planning
every individual detail yourself to …. Odynovo planing it all - private tours,
easy of an English speaking guide, comfort tours, great accomodation (no
complaints, great locations), meals included included if requested, transfers to
airport.
Nothing was an issue! Worth every cent! Do it!

Simply Amazing Vacation
My family recently returned from an Odynovo tour in Egypt. We had an amazing
time. Every person associated with Odynovo was helpful, pleasant, and went above
and beyond to make our trip perfect. Monica did a wonderful job with organizing
all of our travel plans. She always answered in a timely manner and scheduled
all the sites we requested to see. All of our drivers were excellent and
navigated the crazy traffic in Egypt exceptionally well. The reps who met us to
travel between cities were greatly appreciated especially Mohammed who helped
arrange outings in Hurghada, as well as Mohammed who was invaluable in the Cairo
airport. We were grateful for his services especially with the customs agents.
We also had Mohammed as our guide in Cairo. He was happy to accommodate anything
we needed and recommended additional tours to check out while we were there.
Lastly, a very special thanks to Khalid. He was an amazing guide and made our
trip memorable. He was very knowledgeable, passionate, and was so gracious to
take us to explore the towns and markets in the evenings and recommended the
best local restaurants. We appreciated our time in Egypt and look forward to
traveling with Odynovo again soon!
