KENNETH MILGRAUM

VP of Finance
Ken oversees Accounting, Accounts Payable and Treasury. He focuses on delivering
timely, accurate financial results with consistent technical expertise and
insight. He strives to create a culture of accountability, ownership and talent
development.



Ken has a robust financial background working in Private and Public accounting.
He grew up at Deloitte and Touché, LLP serving large multi-national publicly
traded companies and most recently worked for a Real Estate Conglomerate as the
Financial Controller.

Ken also serves as the Treasurer for YBH of Passaic, a Yeshiva with over 750
students.

Dov developed and leads the Staffing Metrics and Analytical Services department,

As Director of Treasury Services, Adam comes to AGS with over two decades of
experience managing Finance teams for a large, public corporation. Leading the

internal, have the most accurate and up to date information on anything cash
related. With a strong background in process improvement, system development,

As director of financial systems David manages the software systems and

including 10 years at Goldman Sachs and as CTO of a startup company in New York.

DAVID TRIMBLE

Director of Technical Accounting
David has almost 40 years of experience as both a CPA and reimbursement
professional with several SNF based chains. After working in public accounting,
David was recruited to start up, lead and develop reimbursement departments at
several large regional healthcare companies. He has experience in both Medicare
and Medicaid reimbursement in more than a dozen states primarily throughout the
southeast. With extensive experience in cost reporting, communication with State
& Federal representatives, David served as a liaison for all aspects of audits,
and provided a myriad of financial projections and analyses for acquisitions and
reimbursement maximization primarily in the SNF industry. David has served as a
board member, worked on legislative and reimbursement committees, and is
currently the Vice Chair for the FHCA reimbursement committee and on the

Steven led client service engagements with PwC’s Assurance practice, where he
spent the majority of his public accounting career servicing both private and

management, and processes and controls design and implementation. Steven has a
passion for client service, team and relationships building, and professional
development. Steven is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and earned a Masters
in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Steven is also an adjunct

Ben leads Accounting services at Apex Global Solutions, overseeing financial

Accounts Receivable Manager
One of the longest members of the AGS team, Pearl brings 15 years of hands-on
billing experience to her role as A/R manager. Before coming to AGS, Pearl
gained industry experience working in various departments within nursing
facilities, including social services and billing. An expert in A/R billing, she
began working for AGS as an A/R specialist and later became a supervisor. She is
now responsible for overseeing a team of nine employees, providing A/R services
for 15 facilities. Pearl now serves as a mentor to others on her team, sharing
her knowledge and best practices with others. When not at work, Pearl enjoys
creating culinary delicacies and spending time with her family.
