SPRUCE IS THE BRAND I WISH MY GRANDFATHER COULD HAVE EXPERIENCED.

For as long as I can remember, my grandfather suffered terribly from
Parkinson's.

I remember hearing my grandmother say, "oh, we've got a new drug to try," or "we
have a new pharmaceutical that the doctor thinks is going to do it for us." But
every time, they were eventually disappointed. Each new drug would work for a
short time, caused terrible side effects, and would inevitably stop working.

Long after my grandfather's death, I saw how amazing CBD can be: giving real
relief to people, empowering them to lead active, fulfilling lives.

But I also saw an industry riddled with inconsistencies. Inconsistencies in
quality, in efficacy, and in customer service. Maybe it's trite, but I believe
in being the change you want to see in the world.

So I set out to create a company that would do things differently. One that is
focused on efficacy, getting results, and helping those who have been burned by
previous attempts at getting relief from CBD.

In 2018, I launched Spruce. We're a family business, and our products are
completely natural, highly efficacious, and 100% made in the USA. We're the

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A CHEAPER PRODUCT?



We have a lot of customers who have wasted money on CBD products in the past
that didn't work for them. After extensive surveys and interacting with CBD
users we found that most people that didn't get relief either used a cheap
product that didn't contain enough high quality CBD, and/or they used a fun but
ineffective edible like gummies. CBD ingested into the digestive tract isn't
well absorbed versus a full spectrum tincture. And cheaper, low dose CBD doesn't
seem to offer much relief which is why we don't even bother selling a 200mg or
even 500mg CBD oil. We don't want to be known as another brand that didn't work.
We want to be known for providing real relief quickly.

CBD oil is an extract of a hemp plant that has a high concentration of
cannabidiol (CBD) but has very low levels of THC so it will not get you high.

HOW DOES YOUR CHECKOUT WORK?



Simply provide your billing, shipping addresses, email and phone and we will
prompt you to enter a credit card for payment. We do not yet have the ability to
accept check or money order.

WILL I GET HIGH?



No. Our products contain less than 0.3% THC which ensures they remain legal and
that they will not cause a psychoactive high.

We work with two family owned, sustainably focused farms in the USA. We have a
strong relationship with both farms which are located in Kentucky and North
Carolina. We are blessed to have found both of these farmers after months and
months of searching for the highest quality, most effective, and safest family
owned farms in the US. They treat us well and we in turn do the same for them.

HAVE YOU DONE THIRD PARTY TESTING?



Yes we practice complete transparency and pay for third party, independent, US
labs to test every batch of our products. We've never had a failure on any
pesticides, bacteria, or other harmful contaminants and our tests have always
shown that the product contains exactly the stated amount of CBD if not slightly
more.

WHAT TIME OF DAY DO YOU TAKE CBD OIL?



Most of our regular monthly customers who are feeling good tell us they take it
in the morning and before bed. Additionally they take it if they are suffering
at any other time of day or night.

WHAT STRENGTH SHOULD I USE?



Start with our 750mg full spectrum CBD oil and use 1 full dropper twice per day
if you are new to CBD. Hold it under the tongue for a full minute before
swallowing.



If you are experienced and know that your condition requires a maximum strength
dose we recommend using our 2,400mg full spectrum CBD and using 1 full dropper
twice per day.



HOW QUICKLY DO YOU NOTICE IMPROVEMENT?



If you start with one dropper full twice per day it's likely you will notice
improvement within one to three days. If not you will need to increase your
dosage.

HOW MUCH SHOULD YOU TAKE?



Start out with 25 mg twice per day. 25mg would be one dropper full (1ml) from
our 750mg bottle of full spectrum CBD oil. Add more as needed.



If you are still failing to get sufficient results we recommend increasing the
dose to 80mg twice per day. 80mg would be one dropper full (1ml) from our
2,400mg bottle. Again you may add more if needed until you get relief.



If you find you're doing great on a particular dose you may try gradually
lowering your dose in small amounts so you may save money. We'd like you to get
the best relief for the least amount of money and our experience has been that
everyone responds differently. Most people seem to need at least 23mg twice a
day but others have found they were able to slowly lower the dosage and feel
great with less.



DOES IT TAKE TIME TO BUILD UP IN THE BODY?



Many people have reported they've had the best success when they used CBD oil
consistently over time. It seems to take time to build up in the endocannabinoid
system.

WHAT METHOD OF EXTRACTION DO YOU USE?



Yes we know how popular CO2 extraction is and how it is touted to be superior.
Frankly that is just pure marketing speak and simply isn't true.

 

We are devoted to getting the most effective results from a quality CBD product
and found that the best combination of CBD, low level THC, and terpenes came
from using a moonshine extraction method. The moonshine is completely filtered
out of the product before it is bottled so it leaves no taste... sorry if you
were hoping for an extra kick.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?



I'm sorry but we're only shipping within the US at the moment. We hope to expand
later this summer but we've just had too many losses when packages have been
seized by border control.



HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP TO ME?



We ship every weekday morning at 9AM EST and shipments usually arrive in 2 to 4
business days. We ship first class USPS and don't currently have the ability to
offer any expedited services such as FedEx or UPS.



IS CBD LEGAL WHERE I LIVE?



Per federal law and USPS rules we ship to all 50 US states.
