T&C: PLUXEE PRO

 * • The Pluxee Pro programme id valid till 31-08-2024.
 * • Pluxee Pro is an invite only consumer membership programme. Consumers can
   enroll for Pluxee Pro only via the invite they receive from Pluxee.
 * • The programme cost is set at ₹99. This amount will be deducted from then
   Meal wallet of the consumer’s Pluxee card.
 * • Consumers can opt to enroll for the programme only till the above-mentioned
   date.
 * • Once enrolled, a consumer cannot roll out/opt out of the programme.
 * • The offers are valid only till the programme validity date and does not
   depend on the date of enrollment. E.g., If a consumer enrolls for Pluxee Pro
   in the month of Feb’24, the programme and all the benefits of the programme
   will be valid only till the 31-08-2024.
 * • The offers under the EAT SURE brand (Behrouz Biryani; Faasos; Oven Story;
   Mandarin Oak; Lunch Box; The Good Bowl; Sweet Truth; Firangi Bake; The
   Biryani Life) can be redeemed 3 times a month only on the Eat Sure app.
 * • All other offers can be redeemed only once per consumer.
 * • Each offer may have its own terms & conditions (available on the website).
 * • Offers are neither exchangeable for cash, nor are transferable.
 * • Pluxee reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to vary,
   delete, add, or amend any of the terms and conditions set out herein from
   time to time without prior notice.
 * • Pluxee decisions on all matters relating to this programme including the
   determination of the eligible consumers are final, conclusive, and binding
   and no further correspondences or attempt to dispute such decisions will be
   entertained.
 * • Pluxee is free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute any information
   details of this programme to third parties without limitation.
 * • Pluxee may disclose consumer personal information to its contractors and
   agents for the purpose of discharging its obligation.
 * • Any dispute with regards to this Programme is subject to Mumbai
   jurisdiction only.
 * • To the fullest extent permitted by the law, in no event will Pluxee or any
   of its officers, employees and / or agents be liable for any loss or damages
   (including but without limitation, loss of income, profits or good will or
   indirect, incidental, consequential exemplary, punitive, or special damages
   of any party) howsoever arising whether in contract, or otherwise in
   connection with the programme.
 * • Pluxee shall not be liable for any default in respect of this programme due
   to any act of GOD, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, flood,
   fire, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of Pluxee.
