HABBO COLLECTIBLES




In late 2021 the team behind the iconic 23-year old game Habbo released the
wildly successful Habbo Avatars: a genesis collection of 11,600 avatars that are
fully usable in Habbo with a selection of in-game perks.

Since then, the team has begun building a brand new game, Habbo X, a new game
complemented by a rich ecosystem of digital assets we've called Habbo
Collectibles. Accompanying this is our currency, Emeralds, all seamlessly
integrated and hosted on leading L2 solution: Immutable.

We've successfully onboarded thousands of our existing players into the Habbo
Collectibles ecosystem, and the collections we've released are an integral and
popular part of the game.

THE HABBO COLLECTIBLES TEAM

The features and collections we've released are all things we planned and
executed ourselves, in-house. Members of the Habbo art and developer teams have
been involved, as well as staff from Sulake’s community team. We didn't
outsource much of it, and it's something that is already making a huge impact
in-game and providing utility and fun experiences to thousands of our players.

A special mention should go to the project's mastermind: Muumiopappa.
Muumiopappa is a gaming and digital collectible fanatic based out of Helsinki,
Finland. Before stepping up to lead the NFT division of Azerion, he was the lead
game designer for Habbo's sister game, Hotel Hideaway, and his background is in
data and computer science. He's also an avid collector, having got his two Bored
Apes as they were minted. Finally, he is also a huge believer in the
introduction of blockchain technology to games and the benefits this brings.

Habbo Collectibles has been a lot of fun to work on, and we're excited to expand
and integrate it further into the game.


OFFSETTING CARBON

The different collections Habbo Collectibles is composed of are spread across
two blockchains: Ethereum andImmutable, a layer 2 scaling solution. Habbo
Avatars, Habbo Portraits, and Habbo X Rooms are all found on Ethereum, while
items like furni and clothing are all located on Immutable.

In basic terms, Immutable is a separate blockchain that extends Ethereum and
inherits its security guarantees. The main benefits of using a layer 2 like
Immutable is that transactions are much faster and require less computing power.
Importantly, these don't come at the cost of security.

Regardless of our use of Immutable and the significant improvements made with
Ethereum's upgrade to Proof of Stake, we're proud to have partnered with
Offsetra to ensure Habbo Avatars was a carbon negative release. Exactly how much
