MAKE A PAYMENT

You can pay your energy bill below or learn about the different ways to pay your
bill. For mobile and internet accounts, visit Pay your telecommunications bill.

To pay an energy bill, start by entering your bill reference number below. You
can find this number under 'How to pay' on the front page of your AGL bill. To
access your bill online or download a PDF, head to My Account or the AGL app.

Prefer to pay via BPAY? You'll need a Biller Code and reference number, found on
your most recent bill.

PayPal supports payments via bank transfer, credit card, debit card and AMEX. If
you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up for one today.

AGL does not charge a fee when you pay by PayPal.

PAY BY PAYPAL

Enjoy the convenience of paying bills automatically when they’re due with Direct
Debit. To set up a Direct Debit for your energy bill using your nominated
savings, cheque, credit card or PayPal account, log in to My Account.

To make things even easier, set up your Direct Debit with eBilling.

If you set up Direct Debit, any overdue balance will be deducted immediately.

HOW TO PAY A BILL UNDER $10

I have received a Gas bill for $1.48 but none of the payment options accept
payments under $10 and nowhere on my AGL account can I ask for help. HELP! How
