Re-entering information already shared can be annoying.

A new feature is now available to prefill customer's email and name when they
are using the widgets.

It works quite simple with just hidden input fields. You should add the hidden
fields to your website and then load Boei regularly.

OPTION TO ADD SUBJECT TO CONTACT FORM

Some customer ticket-systems need to use a subject line. Inventing a subject
line can be difficult so having a field in Boei populated with it works well.
It is now possible to optionally add a subject field in Boei's contact form
widget.
Results are shared over Slack, Webhooks, and email.

The issue was happening for users that have hidden the Boei button, but were
still using the custom trigger open it.

OUT OF OFFICE FOR SELECTED HELPERS

You can now set business hours and hide specific helpers when you are offline.
This helps to reduce phone calls or Whatsapp messages when you are sleeping.

Videos are easier to understand than text, so I made this video to explain how
it works:






Helpers are hidden when you are out of office. This comes from a UX perspective:
it is annoying to click something, only to find out that it's not available.

This feature is the most upvoted one to date, thanks for your votes

DYNAMICALLY HIDE BOEI

It is now possible to hide Boei dynamically without any coding.

In the button's configuration page you can find a new setting "Hide on pages".
With this you can determine on which page you don't want to show Boei.

Example A
Setting: /pricing
Boei will not load on the page that is yourdomain.com/pricing

You can also use wildcards (*).

Example B
Setting: /pricing*
Boei will not load on pages yourdomain.com/pricingpage and
yourdomain.com/pricing_v2?abc

Boei will also review the URL query (e.g. ?id=2).

Example C
Setting: *no_boei
Boei will not load on pages yourdomain.com/?id=2&no_boei and

several different styles available for your liking.

Also, if you don't like the icon, you can upload your image and use any icon you
want.

CALL ME BACK WIDGET

This widget is now ready for all premium plan users!

Visitors can leave their phone number so you can call them back. They have an
optional text field to let you know when they are available. The fields are set
up as simple as possible to don't annoy the users with select boxes for dates
and times.

As for all widgets, you can send the data to a Slack channel, an email, or a
webhook. Also, all fields and text are fully customizable to your liking.As for
