KAUFLAND COMPLETES ONE OF THE MOST SUSTAINABLE REVITALIZATIONS TO DATE IN BAD
TÖLZ

This Thursday, one of the most sustainably modernized Kaufland stores to date
will reopen to customers in Lenggrieser Straße in Bad Tölz. Just a glance at the
newly designed facade with modern, sustainable wooden elements, which blends
harmoniously into the local, Bavarian building culture, makes it clear that a
very special revitalization of the more than 50-year-old store has taken place
here after a total renovation period of around 17 months.


CONSTRUCTION WORKS ON PHASE 2 OF FASHION HOUSE PALLADY IS WELL UNDERWAY: OPENING
ANNOUNCED FOR Q3 2024 AND FAMOUS BRANDS ALREADY JOINED THE PROJECT

Last week, FASHION HOUSE Group started construction works on the second phase of
the second Outlet Centre in its local portfolio in Romania, FASHION HOUSE

INGKA CENTRES BRINGS IKEA CITY STORE TO BRIGHTON WITH PURCHASE OF CHURCHILL
SQUARE

Ingka Centres, part of the Ingka Group which also includes IKEA Retail, has
announced the freehold acquisition of Brighton’s main shopping centre, Churchill
Square. IKEA UK and Ireland is thrilled to confirm plans to bring a brand new

ECE MARKETPLACES INCREASES LEASING PERFORMANCE IN THE SHOPPING CENTERS TO
800,000 SQ M OF LEASED SPACE

Shopping center operator ECE Marketplaces achieved a strong leasing performance
in 2023 and once again increased the leased space in its centers. In total, ECE
Marketplaces achieved a leasing performance of around 800,000 sq m in the
centers it manages and leases in 2023, an increase of almost 50 percent compared
to the previous year. ECE concluded a total of around 2,600 lease contracts in
2023.


MULTI CORPORATION AWARDED NEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MANDATE IN PORTUGAL

Multi Corporation has been awarded the property management mandate for Plaza
Madeira, a premier shopping destination in Funchal, Madeira.


MULTI GERMANY: “SMALL BUT BIG”

“Multi Germany feels small and agile, but it enjoys all the advantages of a
large group,” says Jörg-Michael Zimmermann. In Zimmermann, Multi has hired a new

FRASERS GROUP TAKES OVER ONLINE FASHION RETAILER MATCHES

Frasers Group PLC has announced the acquisition of online luxury fashion
retailer MATCHES to strengthen its presence in the luxury fashion sector.


IN 2023, TREI INVESTED AROUND 35 MILLION EUROS IN RETAIL PARKS IN POLAND

Trei Real Estate GmbH (“Trei”) just opened the 38th retail park of its Vendo
Park brand in Poland. The property is located in Konin, a town of around 80,000
residents in the Greater Poland voivodeship. The new Vendo Park has a lettable
area of around 5,400 sq m, with units let to Aldi, Rossmann, Pepco, Dealz,
Kakadu, Sinsay and Piekarnia Grochola. On the whole, Trei invested about 6.4
million euros in the property.


CISALFA TAKES OVER SPORT VOSWINKEL FROM INTERSPORT GERMANY

The transaction, which includes all 50 Intersport Voswinkel stores and the
company headquarters in Dortmund, is to be completed this year. The parties have
agreed not to disclose the purchase price.


FRASERS GROUP TAKES OVER SPORTSCHECK

The binding agreement between the British Frasers Group plc and Signa Retail
Department Store Holding GmbH to acquire SportScheck was announced a few days
ago.
