MISS VIETNAM GLOBAL 2017 PASSED AWAY AT 22

11/04/2020

Miss Vietnam Global 2017 Jacqueline Dang, a Vietnamese oversea student,
succumbed to the heart attack at 1 am, April 8 in Arizona, the US. Her sudden
passing shocks the Vietnamese overseas community.

Jacqueline was busy with her last year at a university in Arizona and is due to
graduate this summer. She often kept in touch with her family in Vietnam via
telephone or the Internet, Jacqueline’s parents, who are grieving the death of
the daughter, said.

Jacqueline had a mild cardiovascular history, thus, her family immediately
rushed to the US upon learning she fainted in the middle of the afternoon class.
Even though it’s not easy to travel amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, they managed
to reach her.
