NR METRICS DATA DIFFERS WITH EACH PAGE REFRESH

Hi. We use Prometheus metrics to send the data from our backand to NewRelic. But
faced with the issue that every user see dufferent data in the same period of
time so as newrelic charts do not work properly. What i mean is they show
different data for the same period of time even for one the same user on the
same laptop in the same browser. It is realy easy to see. All you need it just
ro refresh the page 5-10 times in a row. And if some of the servers metrics had
interruption in service (for example server restart or outage) in this case
server metrics will be different in each case of page refresh. At least it is
relevent for the charts with type “stacked bar” as you can see on my
screenshots. Please take a look. I belive it should be fixed cause it is very
confusing anf strange behaviour of New Relic. And i belive that it isn`t only
the single case with the NR or servers. Isnt it?

Hi @kostyantyn - The times used for the charts are determined by the users
timezone set in their User Preferences. Can you validate the timezones in each
users user preferences are the same?

Hello @dkoyano
Actually, it was a single user. Me. So, the time zone settings are the same in
all the cases.
All of these screenshots were made by me on the same laptop and in the same
browser.
I believe that there is an issue on your side with NR how it retrieves the
metrics from the datastore. I can share the url for the dashboard with these
metrics if you need it to check.
