FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How can I change my chat username?



You can easily change your chat user name by going to your user setting page
here ». Simply change the display name and click save. You will need to refresh
the room page you were connected to in order for the new chat name to take
effect.



The stream is paused and not starting, what can I do?



Make sure to click the play button on the streaming video player. Some players
are blocked from auto-playing the stream when the page loads.



I cannot hear anything in the room, what do I do?



Make sure that the video player is not on mute by clicking the sound icon on the
video player. Also try to refresh the page in case the player might have some
issues and just needs to be reloaded. Lastly, make sure this is a section where
the host is talking. While trading, it is possible the host will have moments
where they are not talking.



Why do some usernames in the chat have a star next to them?

The usernames that are indicated by a star and a different color username are
chat room moderators.

How do I login if I forgot my password?



If you forgot your password, then you can go to this link to change your
password: https://moneymappress.com/reset-password/


You can also reach this page by clicking “Forgot Password” under where you enter
your login information.


From there, enter the email address associated with your account. You will then
choose between two options: EMAIL ME and SEND SECURE LOGIN LINK. Choose the
EMAIL ME option. 


EMAIL ME: You’ll receive an email to the address provided titled “Forgot
Password”. It will contain a link to reset your password.


*If “Error occurred” appears in red when choosing your new password, that means
our system does not recognize an account with the email address provided. If you
need further assistance, please contact our customer service team.

How can I add upcoming live trading sessions to my calendar?



When you follow the Money Morning LIVE calendar, all of the scheduled events
will appear on your own calendar. When the calendar owner creates new events,
they'll automatically appear on your calendar. It's like magic! To achieve this,
follow the steps outlined below:


    
    
 1. Navigate to https://moneymorninglive.com/page/money-morning-live-schedule
    
    
 2. Select "Follow calendar"
    
    
 3. Fill out your name and email address, then click continue
    
    
 4. Click "Add to Calendar"
    
    
 5. Select your preferred calendar from the dropdown (Apple, Google online,
    Office 365 online, Outlook, Outlook.com online, or Yahoo online)
    
    


If you'd like to add individual events to your calendar, simply click on the
name of the event you'd like to follow beneath "Upcoming events." You'll be
redirected to an AddEvent page where you'll want to select "Add to Calendar"
then choose your preferred calendar from the dropdown (Apple, Google online,
Office 365 online, Outlook, Outlook.com online, or Yahoo online).



How can I find my favorite experts' watchlists?



That's easy! Simply navigate to
https://moneymorninglive.com/rooms/main/mmlive-watchlist or select WATCHLISTS
from the navigation bar at the top of your screen to view and bookmark your
favorite experts' watchlists.



I'm new to trading and looking for resources to help me get started. What should
I do?



If you navigate to

TOOLKIT in the navigation bar at the top of your screen, you'll be taken to a
page of Money Morning LIVE Resources. These are short training clips, normally
taken from live sessions, that touch on important trading and investing topics
such as implied volatility, OTC stocks, in-the-money options, and more. If

How do I privately message a chat moderator?



If you're in need of support or have a question during a live session you can
message one of the chat moderators privately.


To begin, click on one of their messages then choose the Send Private Message
option. It looks like this:





You'll be taken into a private chat room with them. Send messages by typing in
the Write A Message field and pressing Enter or the green arrow to the right.





When you're finished the conversation, press back to be taken back to the chat
room you came from





Or choose the End Conversation option.





You can also choose the Messages option to be taken to a list of all of your
private messages.

What does the icon next to my avatar in the chat mean?



This icon is your badge! Your badge indicates what type of user you are.


Viewers who only input a display name in order to participate in the chat are
considered guests. Guests don't have badges and can't use emojis or GIFs.





Viewers who submitted their email address, chose a display name, and setup a
password are registered users. Registered users have a gray ribbon badge and
cannot use GIFs.





Anyone who has at least one paid Money Map Press product is a member. Members
have a yellow ribbon badge and access to additional rooms depending on their
memberships.





Moderators, who enfore our community guidelines and provide additional support,
have red fire badges. If you have a question during a livestream, feel free to
privately message them. See our "How do I privately message a chat moderator?"
FAQ for more information on this process. You can also message one of our
administrators, who are denoted by green shield badges.





 



I Can't Find a Chatroom For a Paid Product, What Do I Do?



Step one is to make sure you are using the correct email address when you log
into your account. If the site doesn't recognize your information, the room for
your paid product will not be visible. Double-check the email address you
enter. 


If you are still having issues, drop a message in chat for a moderator or
representative and our team will contact you to resolve the matter!
