OVERVIEW

An academic discussion on a new attempt to mathematically interpret the dynamics
of the space industry and its policies’ impact respective to time and
jurisdiction.

Learning Outcomes:
- Have an initial look on Politeconometrics and Regulatory Confluence Theory,
dubbed as “a burgeoning theory poised to revolutionize our understanding of
space regulations” (International Space Convention, 2023);
- Better understand how we can mathematically observe the role of space
policies in the overall system dynamics of the space sector;
- Understand how physics especially Newton’s Laws of Motion can be used to
observe the system dynamics of the space sector and its policies; and
- Learn how this approach can help policy-makers create better programs for
the space industry
