A Horsemanship Instructor For All Ages & Levels

Working with people alongside horses is rewarding for all involved. My mission
is to bring the connection of horse and human to all my students as they build
their knowledge about our equine friends, growing confidence through clear
communication. My goal is to go beyond the introductory level with those that
desire to excel in a competitive scene; whether that be speed events or roping.

MY EQUINE EXPERIENCE

Years of Opportunities

Since I was 5 years old I have been riding. I was blessed with a horse family
that encouraged growth and learning in all areas of equine care and
competition.  I started with showing in 4-H and horse shows, then progressed to
the rodeo scene.  With an older sister and brother, I had many opportunities to
learn from them and alongside them as they attending rodeo clinics and even as
my family hosted rodeo clinics.  In elementary school I began competing in
Little Britches Rodeo and attended the National Finals a couple years.  My rodeo
career continued as I started High School Rodeo.  I attended all 4 years of the
High School National Finals Rodeo. I competed in breakaway roping, team roping,
barrel racing, pole bending, cutting, and goat tying. I have received multiple
all around cowgirl titles.  After high school my rodeo career continued as I
participated in college rodeo and local summer rodeos. 




Over the past 4 decades I have taught many youth and adults how to rope, ride
and care for horses. At this time I have an even better plan and focus on
instructing others. I use a curriculum that is complete with mounted and
unmounted information that spreads out over multiple levels.

PRIVATE HORSEMANSHIP SESSIONS

$180-260/ month

Lessons with a focus on both mounted and unmounted learning. The 45 minute
lesson once a week, or the twice a week option,  includes a brief ground lesson,
then practice and horseback experience. Lesson horse and tack provided or you
may bring your own horse to build your connections.

ROPING SESSIONS

$30 - $150

In a variety of roping sessions I will offer instruction from first time rope
handler up to those in the competitive scene.

4-H HORSE SHOW EXPERIENCE

$50 - $150

For the months of April - July I am offering the opportunity for a select few to
learn the horsemanship and showing of a mini horse or a pony/horse.
