Solution

We offer weekly live training sessions for the most commonly used features in
govDelivery. These webinar style sessions last roughly an hour and are conducted
by a member of our Implementation Team. You can find the schedule with
registration links for our upcoming monthly sessions in our Granicus University
public webinar catalog. 
 
If you’re familiar with Granicus University, the Learning Management System will
be your new go-to place for learning how to best sign up for webinar trainings!
Some of these webinars offer direct views of the computer screen of our training
leader as they walk you through important tasks and functions within
govDelivery. 

If you register for a session, but can't attend, that's OK! Please feel free to
sign up for another session that meets your needs and availability.  

Can't make it to a session? We have previously recorded sessions available on
our Learning Management System catalog, which houses our On Demand Video
library. While these can work in a pinch, we still recommend attending a session
where you can ask questions, and get live feedback on tips and best practices.
