   David - the Support User Guide indicates that the behavior will different
   based on whether the logged in user has a SaaS vs OnPrem environment. We are
   trying to make the process easier and more automated, and the guide just
   means the fields you will see - either to select the environment vs the
   product - will differ by users. When reviewing with the Customer Care manage,
   we also found and fixed a typo on that page, and removed another item from
   the "What's new" that is no longer new or needed. We are trying to make sure
   there is less duplicate of that content in knowledge articles, because it's
   easy to fix if it is documented in just one place, the Support User Guide. I
   hope that makes sense,. Greg, thanks for the head's up about it.
