OUR PROGRAMS HELP YOU ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS

At Live and Learn we focus on encouraging our participants to achieve their
personal goals. We focus on Empowerment, Respect,
Life Skills, Community Connections, Community Outreach Programs and Social
Outings.


IN-HOME SUPPORTS

Our dedicated team of support workers can provide services in your home or out
in the community.

Support can start from 3 hours up to 24 hours. When you join us we can discuss
your needs and how we can help you achieve your goals.


DAY PROGRAM

Our Day Program is centred around life skills and social activities. We offer
many experiences and are also open to activities tailored to suit your needs.

Day Program is a great way to try new things, make new friends and build
relationships.


STA/SUPPORTED GETAWAYS

We offer STA (Short Term Accommodation) & Supported Getaways where you can plan
a holiday and take a support worker with you.

These programs are ideal for learning new skills, meeting new people and
visiting places .
