Use of the CareFree Insurance Services website (www.carefreeagency.com, all
subdomains, and all “federated” websites that we provide secure, encrypted
integration with) is governed by following Privacy & Security Policy.

This Privacy & Security Policy is may be updated from time to time. Any updates
take effect immediately upon their posting on this Web Site. The Privacy &

information you provide to us to ensure your privacy. In order to take advantage

Number (NPN), business and personal name, address, phone number, and e-mail
address. By giving us your telephone number and email, you agree to allow us to
contact you via voice, email or text about our health plans, services and/or
education information related to health care. If you wish to opt-out of CareFree
Insurance Services email or text message notifications, please email
optout@carefreeagency.com, providing your name, and the associated email or
wireless number you do not wish to receive communications.

This information that is necessary to complete licensing, contracting and
certification, with an insurance product. Additionally, from time to time,
CareFree Insurance Services may access information pertaining to your insurance
license status from the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) Producer
Database (PDB). We will not share your information with a third party unless you
request it. We will only share information to the extent that it is necessary to
support your tasks and abide by any associated government regulations. If you
choose to make application for an insurance licenses (appointment with an
insurance company), contract and/or certification, our company will only share
this information with an (the) insurance carrier or related service providers to
assist in the process of obtaining your request.

In certain instances, CareFree Insurance Services may aggregate data anonymously
so that personally identifiable information is not contained in the aggregation.
This data may include information such as web sites statistics (e.g. number of

correct any of your information. Such requests can be made via e-mail or U.S.
