WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

We ship from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Delivery time is
between 7 and 20 working days after dispatch.


WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY METHODS?

For standard deliveries, we use La Poste, Royal Mail or Mondial Relay.


IN WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER?

We only deliver in Australia, UK & Canda.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE?

Delays and loss of shipments may occur from time to time. It is important that
you notify us as soon as possible. In case of delay or loss, you can request a
refund or return the parcel upon request.


HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY PAYMENT IS SAFE?

We use Stripe as our payment platform and have an SSL certification, which means
that payments in our shop are secure. You can verify this by looking for the
small padlock in the URL field at the top of the page and the small "s" right
after http.


CAN I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

Yes, you have up to 30 days to return your items if they are not to your liking,
but please note that we do not take back damaged or dirty items. It is not
necessary to keep the packaging. If you wish to return an item or request a
refund, please contact us via the contact page.
