This notice describes how Leidos processes the personal information it collects
from non-employees in connection with verifying non-employees’ citizenship
status and work location prior to providing access to Leidos’ network for
business purposes.  This notice applies to the personal information you submit
by completing Leidos’ Non-Employee Survey.

What Types of Personal Information Does Leidos Collect?

Leidos collects the following information when you complete the Non-Employee
Survey:

 * Name
 * Contact information (i.e. email address);
 * Government issued documents (i.e. passport, visa, birth certificate, etc.)
 * U.S. Person status;
 * Non-U.S. Citizenship status;
 * Business information (i.e. the name and address of your company and the
   services you provide); and
 * Work location.

If you choose not to disclose this information, Leidos may not be able to
provide you with access to Leidos’ network.  If you require such access to meet
your obligations under your contract with Leidos, your decision to withhold this
information could result in the termination of your contract.

Why Does Leidos Collect this Information?

Leidos collects the categories of personal information identified above as part
of its efforts to comply with applicable trade regulations, including export,
import, and sanctions requirements, anti-corruption laws, and security
requirements.  Our use of this information is necessary to meet our legitimate
interest in complying with applicable legal requirements. 

How does Leidos Use this Information?

Leidos is required by various laws and regulations to restrict access to certain
information in Leidos’ possession by individuals who are not U.S. Persons. 
Leidos reviews the information you provide to confirm your citizenship status
and assign appropriate access rights in compliance with Leidos policy.  We do
not use your personal information to make automated decisions about you.

Does Leidos Disclose this Information?

Leidos will not sell your Personal Information to any third parties.  Leidos
will not share your personal information with third parties other than Leidos’
service providers or as required to comply with applicable laws, obey judicial
orders, respond to subpoenas, cooperate with law enforcement authorities,
respond to law enforcement requests, and to protect our legal rights.  When we
disclose personal information to our service providers, we authorize these
entities and individuals to use your Personal Information only for the limited
purpose of performing those support services.

Please note that as a general rule, Leidos cannot force third parties to abide
by Leidos’ policies.  Nevertheless, we contractually require third parties with
whom we share your personal information to abide by appropriate and relevant
contract obligations aligned with applicable laws and regulations.

How Long Does Leidos Retain this Information?

We will retain your personal information for as long as required for the purpose
for which we collected it.  Leidos generally retains the personal information
collected through this questionnaire for five years to comply with applicable
recordkeeping requirements.  However, Leidos will delete any identification
documents provided as an attachment to the questionnaire fourteen days after we
receive the questionnaire.  Leidos may retain your personal information for a
longer period if necessary to comply with our legal or regulatory
obligations.   

Additional Rights Under Local Laws

Depending on where you live, local laws may provide you with additional rights
regarding your personal information.  To exercise these rights, please submit a

International Data Transfer

Leidos operates all over the world, but it is headquartered in the United
States.  When you submit this questionnaire, the personal information you
provide may be transferred to or accessible by individuals working in the United
States.  It may also be stored and/or processed in any other country where
Leidos or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers have facilities. 
Some of these countries have not yet been determined by the European Commission
or other applicable data protection authorities to have an adequate level of
data protection.  When we transfer your personal information from the European
Union to such countries, we use a variety of legal mechanisms, including
contracts and written assurances from service providers, to help ensure your
rights and protections travel with your personal information.

By submitting this questionnaire, you authorize Leidos and its service providers
to transfer your personal information to – or make it available in –
destinations outside your home country and to process it according to this
Privacy Statement.

respond as soon as possible.

Right to Lodge a Complaint with your Local Supervisory Authority

You may also have a right to file a complaint with your local supervisory
authority if you have concerns about how we are processing your Personal
Information.  We ask that you please attempt to resolve any issues with us
first, although you have a right to contact your supervisory authority at any
time.

Changes to this Privacy Statement

We may update this Statement periodically. The Privacy Statement in effect when
we collect your personal information will apply to our processing of your
personal information.

By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions and
representations provided below as applicable to a Leidos non-employee account.

 * When using Leidos information systems, I understand, agree, and consent to
   the following: all Leidos information systems -- which include computers,
   networks, and connected devices, which are owned or managed by or on behalf
   of Leidos -- may be used only for official Leidos business purposes by
   authorized users to the extent of any system accreditation. I will comply
   with all applicable law and the Leidos Supplier Code of Conduct, as
   applicable, available at this link:

    I will comply with all requirements applicable to properly handling
   sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information; abiding by operating
   instructions; and restricting information to unauthorized users. 
   Unauthorized access or use of Leidos information systems is prohibited and
   may subject the user to civil and criminal penalties.  Leidos routinely
   monitors, searches, and retains communications and data on or from
   information technology systems for purposes including, but not limited to,
   penetration testing, security monitoring, network operations, data leakage
   protection, personnel misconduct/counterintelligence investigations, and
   government-directed investigations. Subject to applicable law, communications
   using, or data stored on Leidos information systems are not private, are
   subject to routine monitoring by Leidos for any Leidos-authorized purpose,
   and may be disclosed to third parties, including government and law
   enforcement agencies.
 * I will promptly and appropriately respond to any Leidos inquiries related to
   compliance with these terms and conditions, to include providing
   documentation where applicable and reasonably required.
 * I will not disclose Leidos proprietary, sensitive, or confidential
   information to a non-Leidos party unless expressly permitted by Leidos.
