START WITH SELF-GUIDED SUPPORT Counsellor Assisted Program is a digital web-based service where participants can access self-directed wellbeing content at their own pace. The programs are built off CBT methodology. MESSAGE WITH A COUNSELLOR The messages between participants and counsellors are exchanged over time. This allows participants time to review the resources and practice the exercises in between interactions with their counsellor. REGULAR CHECK-IN DATES FOR ONGOING SUPPORT Counsellors schedule specific check-in dates and times at the end of their messages to keep participants on track to meeting their goals. This also helps set clear expectations and maintains the participant’s engagement in the clinical process.
