GENERALI GLOBAL ASSISTANCE PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT

Generali Global Assistance, Inc. (“GGA”) is strongly committed to protecting the
privacy of our customers. We know you care about the information we collect
about you. We want to ensure you are aware of how that information is used and
the measures we take to protect your privacy. The discussion below includes
examples that are included to illustrate how our Privacy Policy (“Privacy
Policy”) operates and not all examples may apply to your use of this site.

WHAT INFORMATION DOES GGA COLLECT WHEN I VISIT ITS WEB SITE?

GGA's web server automatically recognizes the IP address, but not the email
address of each visitor to the GGA web site.

In addition, GGA collects information about users' web site navigation and
information volunteered by the consumer. For example, when you register to use
GGA’s Identity Protection Portal (“IPP”), you will need to provide your name,
date of birth, address, telephone number and email address.

You may also elect to use credit and identity monitoring services that ask you
to voluntarily provide personal information about yourself. If your program
includes identity or credit monitoring services, you will be asked to provide
your date of birth and your Social Security number. We do not store Social
Security numbers. Your Social Security number is provided to third parties, such
as TransUnion for credit authentication and InfoArmor for identity monitoring.

Use of the IPP in mobile devices may require GGA to determine that you are using
a mobile device and may require GGA to obtain certain identifying information
about your mobile device. By using a mobile device you agree that GGA may access
and use such location information and other information that may identify you or
your mobile device.

We may use third-party vendor tools to understand how visitors use and engage
with our web site and our online products, and to understand general web site
usage and trends. The information we collect is used to provide product services
for which our customers are registered, to improve and customize the content and
navigation of our web site, and to improve the overall user experience for each
visitor.

DOES THE GGA SITE UTILIZE COOKIES?

Yes. Cookies are pieces of information (files) that are saved by your browser on
your computer to make it easier and faster for you to revisit a particular web
site. GGA's web site uses cookies to store visitor preferences. We do not share
first-party cookies across domains with other web sites.

HOW IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION USED WHEN I ACCESS THIS WEBSITE?

After accessing the website, we may use your personal information if required in
order to provide services or product features to you. You have the option to
allow us to contact you regarding optional features, inform you about new
updates, inform you of promotions/special offers or to request customer
feedback. We may contact you via phone, mail and/or email.

HOW DOES GGA SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We do not share your personal information with third-party vendors, except if
use of your personal information is necessary to provide a service that you have
requested, such as credit and identity monitoring services. Except in such
special circumstances, we will not share your information with any third-party,
unless required by law to do so.

to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have
collected from you at our site. Additionally, we employ perimeter and core

and other measures and devices to prevent information from being accessed
