    Finally, I managed to catch a promotion on VSDC Pro. Now, without time
    pressure, I will get acquainted with the extended functions of this editor
    because, for example, two weeks for testing is not enough time, and here I
    have a whole year.
    
    I met VSDC about six months ago, probably on youtube or at dobreprogramy.pl
    I record movies very rarely and do short, small and uncomplicated films with
    basic editions, but sometimes I have an idea or I want to check some of the
    options that inspired me from, for example, the YouTube VSDC channel.
    
    The VSDC editor is now more stable than before but for me it has lost on
    editing speed (e.g., cutting a movie that is more than 3 GB) from the moment
    the 64 bit version is released. Then the 32 bit version also got sick.
    Unfortunately, Polish is a bit lacking. This is important for very young
    people (children, teenagers) and such old horses as me.
    
    The interface and method of working with the program requires getting used
    to it because it is … different and some people reject it but if you get
    used to it and learn the rules, over time and gaining experience is OK. The

    Installation & Set-up
    
    The installer size is ~40MB and the installation process is simple and
    straightforward, taking no time at all to complete. After the installation,
    the application can easily registered and activated using the license key.
    The activation requires a restart of the application for the changes to
    effect. Creating a new project is based on three steps, opening a new blank
    project, editing it, and exporting it.

    The UI of the application is simple, intuitive, and has a modern design with

    five square buttons under the Start Project Now group and eight round ones
    under Get to Know Top Features. The first group includes Blank Project,

    effects and transitions to your videos to make them look professional.
    – Video stabilization tool, Hardware acceleration, and Audio Waveform.
    – Create slide shows with images.
    – Video capture tool allows you to capture video using the webcam on your
    PC.
    – Screen recorder to capture videos of your screen.
    
    Cons
    
    – Editing UI is cluttered and packed with many panes and a lot of small
    buttons and icons, even on a 1080p monitor it was unable to adjust correctly
    and still look cluttered.
    – Screen recorder is not as great and feature-rich as the other screen
    recorders. It just works and that’s pretty much it.

    VSDC Video Editor PRO is a lightweight and reliable video editing tool, that
    comes packed with a lot of tools and features to help you create

    Found VSDC a couple of months ago when I created a Xmas video. All basics
    features such as trimming, applying video effects and even Instagram
    filters, lots of formats fit my needs. Now I’m going to give a try to more
    advanced features like chroma key and create something amazing!
